Since BR is just up the street from my aunt and uncle's house and because we love ice cream, we often stop in for a treat. On Sunday we stopped in on our way back from Avila. My son and daughter in law selected two pre-packed quarts and my nephew got a scoop of vanilla on a regular cone. Quick and easy!

We ordered this through Uber Eats and got what we ordered. Fiance had a two scoop ice cream sundae and said it seemed more like a one scoop or one and a half scoop but overall, satisfied our sweet tooth.

I went here on Father's Day to treat my guy to his favorite Ice Cream when a black BMW pulled up and young female walked inside behind the counter then came back outside where there were about 5 families including mine waiting to enter in to order. She closed the door on us said we are closed we are out of icecream. I and my children went to the open front door and seen there was plenty of ice cream, cones, materials, etc. I then asked why are they closing their sign days they are open until 10 and its only 920, she said its just too crazy in here so we are closing. I said you can't do that, she said actually we can close whenever we want the owner said. As we we waited in line everything seemed fine the line was long but there were 3 workers who seem to be handling the workload just fine. I have never experienced such unprofessional immaturity from a place of business especially from a business that is well known throughout the country. I very disappointed.

I took.my family to B&R to get my favorite, Cherry Jubilee on Father's day after leaving the movie theater. We were waiting patiently for about 10-15 mins before we made it to the door around 9:00 Sunday night. While waiting, I watched employees switch out empty tubs with full tubs of ice cream. At that point, a lady drives up walks in grab the keys then walked over to the entrance door, stared at me and told us B&R has run out of ice cream then let the couple in front if me enter then locked the door...leaving about 10 potential customers high and dry.
