Friendly staff that have a good overview and command of the customer experience.. They get it. They're engaged in the work they do.. Not just floating through their day barely hanging on.I mean.. There's a million+ cups of Java served up in L.A. every morning, but it's sometimes the finer points that distinguish that daily routine from a "meh.." to "this day is gonna be the beginning of the rest of forever!! Yay!!" (ok, you get my drift)But seriously, this is a great little spot to get your morning fix.(plus, Kudos to the company for participating in some special program at/via SMC:)

This location stopped serving food at 1:30… apparently that’s normal for them?? are you kidding? How are you going to advertise being open until 3 and you don’t have a full menu? Ridiculous ….Don’t advertise a menu if you don’t serve it.

I loved this! It was my favorite breakfast place while visiting in LA! When we walked inside the man had such a lovely and vivacious tone saying “ Welcome!! “ My dad ordered as me, my brother, and my mom sat down outside and waited for it to arrive. It took a little long but it was worth the wait. I tired the hot chocolate and the egg sandwich. They were okay-good. The hot chocolate was good but not perfect. The egg sandwich was wonderful! My parents got an avocado thingy it was wonderful. My brother got a salmon it was mwa he says. We finished up and left as we happily walked out.

This place was the absolute worst. Over 30 min for coffee and they said the “printer wasn’t working” and they forgot our order. They looked it up in the system and quickly put together the worst breakfast burrito I’ve ever had and the oat milk flat white (dairy allergy) with regular milk. I’m thankful I watched the barista make it because otherwise I clearly would have had a reaction from their negligence. Skip this place.

This place is a bust. Completely understaffed. When staffing is compromised everything else suffers. Didn’t see a manager, just two kids working frantically to receive and assemble everyone’s orders. I paid for coffee and didn’t bother waiting for it because i could tell they were overwhelmed. Get it together.
