Good burgers and fries.You can get burger, fries and a drink for around 10 USD. I wish they had more seats, but I think most people get takeout.You can purchase everything on a touch screen and pay on the machine. When they have made your order they will call you and you go pick it up.You can refill on drinks and they also have hot peppers and jalapeños that you can grab as well.Good place to come with friends.

If anybody ever has read any of my reviews, I am always extremely honest, balanced and fair! I will only take my time to write a review on a business if things went really great or they really pissed me off. Well it's B.I'm one of those people that absolutely positively needs thousand island for my fries. I know what I am about to write is clearly not worth getting this angry about, and may sound petty, but it's really about the general principle.There was no option on DoorDash to ask for a side of thousand island or even add in special comments so I called the store. After the press one for this, two for that, etc. I finally get a human being only to find out that the call goes to a corporate office. Here's where the frustration comes in: they're not allowed to transfer you to the actual Santa Monica location! They say it's company policy. I mean what kind of burger joint will not allow you to speak to somebody in the restaurant?!The general principle of this annoyed me so much that I tried to cancel my order but wasn't able to do so. It doesn't really matter if the food is good or not when it arrives I'd already lost my appetite for them.This is a good example of how small things can turn into big things so I would encourage you to re-examine this ridiculous policy. I mean, if you can talk to someone at Ticketmaster, you should be able to talk to someone at burger joint so there's your 1 star for being so overly structured that you won't even allow someone to phone your precious store to ask for a stupid side order of dressing. You represent everything that's wrong with customer service.Hangry? Or am I really pissed off?i say both...

It was a later night for us and I ordered closer to 9pm. They did not make the burger fresh but apparently gave me a burger that must have been sitting there and all they did was make sure there were no tomatoes. The lettuce was wilted and the burger was soggy. There were no meat patties cooking on the grill when I ordered but magically my burger was wrapped and packed. I know that because I was standing at the counter. We use to love Habit but it's gone downhill. The location is most convenient for us but we need to find another place for our burger craving. Management should be informed and ensure food is prepared fresh until you close for the night. I understand it was a 9pm order but if you're open, you have to serve fresh burgers. It's a burger spot!

Last night, we ate at this location , we had a wonderful service by a manager named Autum and another employee named Roofis, they were fantastic . We have seen this manager before , she is super nice , always helpful and professional , Thank you very much and keep up the good work

Delicious. 2nd favorite fast food burger. If it was priced the same as in n out, i may even say its my favorite. I go here instead of in n out sometimes because i like the santa barbara char and alternative menu items to the normal cheeseburger and fries. Their sweet potato fries and tempura green beans are great and they have ranch. Great food at this place. Highly recommend trying.
