Handicap parking violations every time I've gone. Watery ketchup in self serve area. Try telling them your order without them being interrupted and not listening.

This is the best burger king I've ever been to. I've never had cold food or a wrong order, despite coming frequently. They serve my favorite French fries in all of santa rosa; always perfectly crispy and freshly heated. And the employees are beyond helpful, even at the latest hours. People expect too much from a fast food joint, yall do the best with what youre paid and I appreciate you for doing it!!

This one is extra special!The burgers here taste just like when I was a kid 35 years ago and no where else!!!! The service was great. and they were extremely patient with my out of control mother who is very indecisive and demanding...Honestly I felt horrible but they knew exactly how to handle the situation lol They even waited on us to prepare our to go order for the rest of the family back in Sonoma. Did I mention we drive from Sonoma?We will be back. 10 all day everyday!

Dude at the drive thru handed me my drink without securing the lid. As soon as I had it in my hand, the soda went all over my lap and my phone which is now ruined. I am never going to this location again. The sheer incompetence they displayed during this interaction has me livid.

Very unhappy. they were promoting Spider-Man specials all over their restaurant and order their special burger related to Spider-Man for my 5 year old and we got it and nothing had Spider-Man at all and the bun wasn't red either. I have a very disappointed kid in the car who's really bummed. Not happy at all.

I order the same thing four days a week and that is a number nine no lettuce add cheese, small fry, large Coke to buffalo dip and two ranch tips but when the older Hispanic lady is working and I get to the window, I have to ask her every time for my dips and she seems to think she needs to remind me every time that it costs for those and I tell her every time I order that the speaker I am regular and this highly frustrates me get it together the rest of the staff that already knows my order as soon as I say no cheese, add lettuce thank you for all you do

Drive thru is kinda tight. And seems the food has gone down a bit. Original chicken sandwich just didn't seem to have the flavor it use to. Toppings were a bit light. Fries were good hot n fresh.
