I received $30 worth of gift certificates from a local radio station a little over 3 years ago and never had the opportunity to utilize them as I seldom came to Santa Rosa. A few weeks ago I heard La Vera was closing their doors permanently at the end of June so I decided to use them on my way back from Healdsburg. Always the pizza and Italian food in town. So sad they're closing. Go check it out before June 30, 2019. Been coming here for years never a bad meal. Thanks La Vera for the many years of making us happy

Walked in last night around 7:00 pm and asked if we had a reservation which surprised us since we never had to make a reservation in the past. We were told since the announcement the business was closing at the end of the month people have been swarming in. Waited for 10 minutes and was seated, service and food was excellent as always. When we left at 8:00 PM there were 10 people waiting for tables.
