Small on the outside, but the inside is amazing. Their interior style is cozy and homey with the trees and a bunch of art pieces. The staffs were very friendly to us and welcoming. The food portion is soooo big. I wasn’t able to finish the whole plate haha. The Benedict eggs are perrrrfect. I will visit back if I come to Santa Rosa again :)

I had the special, biscuits and gravy. This is a tough dish, because, like most of us know, either you can make this dish, or not. The biscuits were light and flaky, and the gravy was delicious. I've only had 3 biscuits and gravy in a restaurant, in my whole life that were good. These were great!Parking: Depending on the day of the week and the time of day, parking really sucks

My mom and I went to Mac’s yesterday for a late breakfast. We ordered the lox eggs Benedict with potatoes and a salad. We let them know we wanted to share both orders. They divided the meals out perfectly for us. Everything was so delicious, and the staff are so kind.

Awesome deli, huge menu, nice staff. They actually encourage folks to customize their orders, which is refreshing. Definitely an older crowd. Limited street parking, so you'll have to walk a bit.

Been loving this kosher deli for 40+ years and have passed that on to my children.Freshest tasting food. Everything is made in house including their 1000 island dressing, chili...And the owners are awesome and always make me feel special!

found by chance when looking for a coffee shop. kept it simple with eggs and hash browns. Both 10/10. really good hash browns are hard to find these days. skipped the coffee as probably yuck diner, drip coffee… And was meeting friends across the street at a really good coffee shop after.

Mac's Deli is run by an incredibly friendly and genuinely warm family! I worked there over 40 years ago and they still always recognize me and great me like an old friend. I had the half pastrami sandwich and salad combo. The sandwich had a generous amount of pastrami and was grilled perfectly. The side salad was the best side salad I have ever had. I couldn't resist ordering their cheesecake, too, which was delicious. The service was great! The atmosphere is comfy. I wish I lived closer!!! I would be there every week. I highly recommend Mac's Deli!

Is there any letter for customer relations worse than F? The rudeness of the staff at this restaurant was beyond belief -- culminating in them telling us never to come back. We are happy to accommodate them on that point. My companion ordered French dip. It came on two rolls, one of which was toasted properly, the other was barely warmed. When he complained, the server gave him a stern lecture on how it was his fault because he hadn't directed the kitchen to toast it brown. Excuse me, but isn't the definition of toast that it be "browned"? Warmed bread is not toast. Besides, one of his two breads was toasted the traditional way -- did they consider that "burnt"?Then the foul-mouthed daughter of the owner burttedin and told my companion that he always orders the French dip when he came (true) and he always complains about the toast (true) and therefore the owner had dire4ted him never to return (false). But now that we know that one must be psychic to dine there and get food properly cooked, we surely never will return. Too bad -- the French dip is pretty good, once the bread is toasted proprly.
