The ONLY reason I'm leaving a review is because I'd like it to be publicly known how poor the service was during my experience. After bringing it to the waitresses attention in regards to a "surprise" in my food I was rudely disrespected and even insulted in regards to my intelligence. Save yourself from insults.

Says open. Drove there, and there's a sign on the door saying closed till mid-October

Hot, fresh pho really fast. What's not to love? Great take out because the staff is so efficient.

I love this place. Small but quality food. Prices have gone up on last couple of years, but so have all the other restaurants. Plenty of parking.

Best pho broth in Santa Rosa... it's rich and you can taste the clove and nutmeg. Inflation has really impacted their prices, though. Banh Mi are $12!

First of all, this was my first time coming to this restaurant. I don't know what's the difference between a small or large, I don't know know what's in a beef ball compared to a combo. My beef ball pho did have beef but I didn't realized it was a combo because it had rare beef and beef balls. Usually a combo will have 5 types of meat but now I know your combo only consist of beef balls and rare beef. And I wasn't having a bad day, after my bad experience, we went to eat ice cream next door. Please understand this was based on my experience and not trying to attack you. These are facts and letting people know what to expect when they go to your restaurant. This rant of yours is unacceptable and not up to the standards of yelps review. This is considered harassment towards me and my daughter. And I wasn't in a hurry, your staff did not understand me because he didn't speak English.

The pho here was really yummy. Let me start there. I would come back for it if in the area. I was a little weirded out that the restaurant was completely empty when I arrived at lunchtime on a weekday. The service was a little odd and slow but still very polite. The menu had a tiny sticker on the front that said, "add $2 to all prices listed." I thought that was a little odd too but I chalked it up to sustainability and not wanting to waste all of the already printed menus. When I went to the bathroom and passed the kitchen, there were all manner of weird smells and mop buckets filled with old water. They lost a star for the unfortunate smells coming from the back of house.

I love their Pho. Lots of vegetables. Gotta have lots of Basil and mint. Very nice staff. I have only been there like maybe twice. But it was delicious. I'd go back anytime. I'd recommend it to everyone. Don't have more to say but give it a try.

I have become hooked on their spicy lemon grass beef soup, it's not spicy at all by the way. The best broth I've tasted in years. It's full flavored, it has body and is overall just so tasty! Iv'e had it 3 times in 2 weeks! Try it you'll like it.I ordered the wings today and have to say VERY disappointed in them. No seasoning, no flavor whatsoever. The most boring wings I've ever had. Won't order again. One thing I have noticed is that every time I have called to place an order for pickup there are issues with their phone. It takes a couple to 3 times for their phone to even ring. Today it didn't ring at all so I just drove over. That I will never do again. I arrived at 11:20 and my order wasn't ready until 11:47. This is why I always call so please look into any issues there may be with your phone. The entire time I was there I never heard it ring. It's worth checking out. Doesn't look like much but the food here is pretty decent.

Showed up at 11:45 to get food to see a sign on the door saying open at 12, then at 12 they change it to 12:30. I go get some tea, come back at 12:40 and they're open but no one ever even acknowledged I had walked in. Very disappointing. They might have good food, but I didn't get to try it due to the lack of customer service.

One of the tastiest pho I've had. Reasonably priced and friendly staff.

This is absolutely the best restaurant we’ve found in Santa Rosa. Definitely the best Vietnamese food I’ve ever had, and we love Vietnamese so we’re always on the search for the best. Nikki is the owner and she is so kind and warm. Her dedication to organic produce and grass fed meats is remarkable and so appreciated. The flavor profile of every dish we’ve tried is satisfying and well executed. The broth is complex and authentic. The barbecue meats are so savory and satisfying. Barbecue pork fresh rolls are the size of a burrito and full of delicious organic veggies and herbs and tender smoky bbq pork. Peanut sauce is savory and not too sweet. Everything we’ve ordered is full of flavor and veggies as well as tender quality meats. This restaurant is a true gem and one of a kind. I’m so grateful to Nikki for providing such an incredibly delightful, healthy and delicious culinary experience here in Santa Rosa.
