Used to be my favorite Subway location. It has definitely gone downhill. Sandwiches taste a bit off, customer service is awful and not responsive whatsoever. I now go to the Santa Rosa Ave. location. Much, much better, and great service to boot.
This Subway is tucked into a corner . The food was good and the place was clean but one of the employees was terrible. First he ignored me for about 3or 4 minutes while he put bread dough on a rack then when I asked him for a sweet chicken teriyaki he said "I hope you only want one." While he prepared my sandwich he complained about some new things at work. Never said anything more like thank you.... Uncomfortable... The sandwich was good!

The gentleman making my sandwiches was brand new so it took a while but his manager was super nice kept apologizing for it taking so long.. even though he was on his lunch.. would go back just because he was so super
