Just as great as the Aptos location! Was in the area and decided to try this particular location; the food and service were just as good as the Aptos location. A little birdie also told me there will be one coming to Los Gatos as well, so I’m super excited about that. Not much to say other than this place is SOOOO good, but I’m not shocked. If you don’t like Indian food, this place will make you change your mind. Anything and everything is good!No hard liquor but they do offer wine and beer.Parking is easy; they have their own stand-alone lot. Some of the dishes you must try are: Chicken Tikka Masala, Butter Chicken, Tandoori Mixed Grill, Chana Masala and Raita (yogurt sauce). Of course, the usual naan and saffron rice to use as a vehicle….We ordered all this for two and had plenty for dinner the next night. This place is definitely better for a larger party (family style) but can always take leftovers to go like we did.Didn’t get our server’s name but he was very friendly and attentive.
We had an amazing dining experience here. Go for this hot, hygienic, tasty and authentic Indian food presented by friendly and efficient staff in pleasant and cozy ambience. The interiors are great and immaculately maintained. The bar is well stocked and their cocktails are awesome. Ample parking space is available. The place is easy to locate and reach. I strongly recommend this place for family dining. Will visit again for sure.

All our orders were disappointing. The veggie platter was excessively oily, and the pakoda and samosa resembled reheated frozen ones, even the frozen ones taste better. Additionally, the tomato soup tasted more like paneer butter masala gravy.

Decent location in Scotts Valley, across from The Hilton. A lot of the restaurant's walls are compromised of windows, which is quite nice. While the interior design is quite nice, the restaurant looks clean, and the lighting is good with a lot of natural light from the window walls, the seating is quite cramped, the table real estate is a bit tight, and the chairs aren't so comfortable (but not outright uncomfortable). The food is good; not outstanding, but definitely good. They have a few yummy sauces as well, including a mouthwatering tamarind chutney and a vibrant mint chutney that does a nice job of refreshing the palate. The desserts of kheer and mango custard are very nice. Seven days a week, 11:45-2:45, they have a nice buffet that includes drinks. While the buffet does provide a nice opportunity to enjoy several different dishes, to my surprise it didn't include channa masala or dal or aloo gobi. It's pretty decent value at about $20, considering it includes drinks and desserts.
The best service and Indian Food in Scotts Valley! They do everything possible to make customers feel happy and welcome, they seriously go above and beyond. The talent in their kitchen is impeccable. Huge thank you to Ambrosia for always doing their best!

Their vegan selection is artfully crafted, their staff is always friendly and helpful, the inside of the restaurant is pristine. I love coming here!

Visited this place in between Christmas and new year, they had some alright vegan options but nothing that blew my socks off unfortunately.
