Today I am mourning the loss of Gobbler + Arnold Palmer. This place was a gem in the culinary junkyard of Seal Beach. I hope you guys find a new place, you deserve it. I went up the street to get an Italian sub and I'm still digesting it 8 hours later. You guys rock.
Great little "sandwich shop" with views of the coast. Owned by a friendly couple, the food is exceptional and served with an artisan flare. Homemade popcorn with a hint of Carmel. Homemade sauce with the Breakfast burrito. Haven't had a bad item yet. There is no seating here. There are benches to sit on, many people walk across the street to watch the ocean, and of course take out is plentiful.

We have enjoyed the sandwiches from Pierside Press for years. Delicious! Fresh! They made it so easy to have a picnic at the beach. Yesterday, we tried to go there, to find that they are closed due to the sale of their building. NOOO! Such a loss for Seal Beach. I hope they can find another location. We will miss them terribly.
