My daughter and I come here 1 to 2 times a month,and have never had anything bad to say until now. We ordered 15 wing combo,it always takes 20min or more for our order. This time less than 10,I thought wow that was fast. I learned why when I got home,wings weren't hot at all and every single wing was hard as a rock. I would assume they were not fresh,probably old. So not cool, Absolutely not worth the $25 we spent.

Wife Ordered online. Before I could pickup my order I had to call wife to have her text me a picture of her ID and Credit Card she used. Even though I had the text of the order.They never advised my wife about this procedure. I have never heard of this procedure. Seems alot of people also had to do this while I was there.
I ordered food from there twice and had someone else pick it up and I had sent them the confirmation code both times and they refuse to give the food and ask for the card that was used to purchase the food and ask for a photo

As a courier, this particular Wingstop is among the most disrespectful merchants I could potentially deliver packages for. Every time I have went in there for a scheduled pickup, the people working there basically tell me "give us access to your private cellphone or we won't give you the package were contracted to give you." They're literally holding the customer's order hostage like some 2-bit bank robbers inside of a bank would. I don't care what their reasons are for doing it. My private cellphone is my business, and most certainly, definitely, is none of any corporation's business like Wingstop. I get harassed every time I go in there. "Give me your phone." "Prepare this portion of the customer's food." Etc. It's a health code violation for me to be preparing food to be served to customers, as I do not have a California Food Handler's certification. And if I don't want to give them private cellphone, they won't give me the order they're contracted to give to me. And they always have an attitude about it, looking down on couriers for no other reason than we're couriers. I don't like being harassed while I'm working, so I refuse to ever go into this place. And when I did pick up orders from here, customers frequently complained to me that their order is missing items. Avoid this place. Their wings are kept in a freezer anyway.

Food was good and freshly made. The Parmesan garlic has too many calories, but taste really good. The basic hot one has no calories but it's too spicy. It was made fresh for us. We only waited 10 minutes. Service was quick and they allowed us to taste, since it was our first time.Monday and Tuesday you get good deals $.70. Peace.Nice music inside and very busy place people in and out like crazy. Nice of you outside. They have five tables actually six tables bench and a few are like seats. Parking is easy and and a lot of light at night so don't be afraid to come in at night.
Absolutely disgusting! Got the cheese fries they were ok..parm wings, and Cajun were so salt and drowned in seasoning could not eat them. Fried chicken sando (Sriracha Maple flavor) its was like they dipped in sugar syrup after they Fried it. Unedible! I have tried several wing stop locations over the years and it is always the same. Bad! This will definitely be the last, by Felicia..please don't waste your money here!

Terrible service and experience multiple times here!I got the driest and most terrible chicken strips and returned them because they were not edible at all. Like hard to the core. Both managers promised me for weeksssss in August 2023 my refund and they lied and lied saying, " it was processing I would get it the following Monday." I have called multiple times and talked to multiple managers and they keep saying it is processing..It's November 2023 and I still never got my refund.... So how is it progressingDon't go here!!! Go to another Wing Stop. The ones in Salinas or Watsonville are way better, both service and quality!!!!Seriously, this Wing Stop is bad. I should have listened to my family when they warned me the last few times. Smh

Terrible service. Music was so loud that the worker had trouble hearing me. I ordered 20 plain boneless wing and instead got 15 extremely salty lemon pepper wings and no ranch dressing like I asked. The workers ignore me and just laughed to themselves when I tried to get my order fixed. Will not be coming back.
