Food was good, owner was extremely nice, but her employees were very rude. One employee specifically acted as if I was inconveniencing his whole life by asking about the menu. So good food, poor service. The guy got my order wrong and then wouldn't remake it so I just bought a whole other meal. Paid for 2 meals to only eat 1. Customer Service makes a difference!

There's something about Port of Subs that beats its competitor. I think it's the mustard-mayo or maybe it's the freshly sliced meats. Either way I do prefer this place over the way of the Sub any day! On my most recent visit, the door didn't even finish closing behind me when I heard "hello, welcome" and "how's your day?"
