A great cafe. The goat cheese fig burger was super yummy. Sweet potato fries are the best.

Good burgers and sandwiches, the Mexican food needs some help. They need a draft beer selection. Great service. ?

Amazing food both for breakfast but surprisingly casual dinner also. Thank you to the server who took over for the lady who seemed to be having an off day. He really changed our experience.

In the quaint, clean and old town of Sierra Madre lays one of the best diners in town. Actually, it’s the only diner in town. The rest are pubs, pizza, places, Taquerias, coffee, shops, and vintage stores! The service was fantastic. Here, you feel like people know you and love you even though, you only see them when driving through town once in a blue moon. It is mostly old folks in here which is great because I will be an old person sooner rather than later myself! Also, it’s nice to be around human beings that are talking to each other, and chewing slowly, instead of taking pictures of their food, as I have done here, or even worse taking selfies And watching TikTok videos instead of paying attention of the person across the table from themselves. The price of the food is reasonable for the environment and service provided in this wonderful and magical place. My coffee cup was cracked and spilled on the table and still, I give this place five stars because they replaced the cup, and my experience continued to be top-notch Regardless. Will I be back? Most definitely. Probably when I’m 90 years old.

One of my favorite places to go for breakfast. The service is good and food is delicious. The portions are quite large. Plenty of parking and a beautiful view of the mountain. There are seating in the inside or in the outdoor patio.

I had the sweetest waitress ever making my breakfast very nice ?the pancakes and bananas hit the spot and I was able to have a hardboiled egg eventhough they didn't serve them. Thanks again ???

No longer dog friendly! Plenty of other nearby spots that are. Bad move - you’re NOT The Only Place In Town!

This place has been around forever. Never outstanding but usually predictable. For this dog owner, the best part of a meal here was Fido could be with me on the outdoor patio. Well that's now apparently changed. This weekend me and my furry friend, who was laying under my table, were asked to leave. According to the hostess dogs haven't been allowed since 2013. That's wrong. It's since very recently. Oh well, there's now no reason to visit this unremarkable spot. All the little cafes along Sierra Madre are happy to have me and my companion stop by for an outdoor meal.

Wonderful place with great comfort food and incredible service! Our server was a friendly, relatable, real person who we felt like we could have known for years. Definitely a standout in the restaurant industry of the LA area. The Reuben is a great, classic example of the iconic sandwich; the orange grove salad is huge and deliciously balanced. The potato salad is homemade, it's a great combination of coarse mashed with some chunks that lets the seasonings marry consistently throughout and has a nice onion presence that I really like. The onion rings are classic with decent sized slices and a crispy, crunchy, not overwhelming breading.Worth a try and a repeat!
