I'm a s***** for a good Italian deli sandwich. When recently having to switch to a more vegetarian diet, I thought I'd never be happy again. However! Rocco's not only rocks the deli meats but have delicious vegetarian options. The Botanical Gardens is my new fav!! The bread is so fresh and delish, the tapenade is incredibly tasty, but the kicker is the fresh mozzarella. Holy smokes! Chef's kiss! Also, always friendly wonderful staff!

I was really excited about trying this place because of the Yelp reviews, and I love sandwiches. I ordered the Arthur Avenue, and first of all it looked nothing like the photo I clicked on to order. Where are the beautiful peppers from the photo? Instead some bizarre tomato paste all over it. the meats and cheese tasted good, but the Italian roll is huge and dry. Stale? Really nice spot to stop by for lunch in the area for business or for work. Can't really go wrong with any of the choices here. I normally get their hot choices but this time I got a cold cut and it was just as good and fresh. My friend got the Philly cheese steak and it was well done for sure!
