I used to love this place. We would visit both this location and the previous location. My husband & I went today but they were unable to make food to order as they had in the past. They said we HAD to order food online. Dude, we came in person, just let us order in person like in the past. I don't want to input an order on my phone. The folks working the counter weren't very helpful. I miss the old staff. What a cluster F--- this turned into.

THE SOUTHWEST WRAP w/ CHICKEN - Yum!Tried this new place for the first time on October 2. Yes - we'll go back again next time we are visiting Simi Valley. Great flavors, clean restaurant, friendly customer service, and outdoor seating available.

I liked the vegetable wraps and the people working there, but I thought they were over priced.Online charged me for an item they didn't have, then could not issue a refund at pickup.Details.The day before was my first time with this place. It was decent, so the next day I ordered again (online), but added vegetarian chili. When I went to pick it up, there was no chili available, and they were unable to issue a refund. What? Who ever heard of a place that can't issue a refund?I was told they had to send a pic of the reciept to the owner, and it would take a couple days.I called the next day to see if they had the chili, so I would not order it online if they did not have it, but when you call, all you get is a message saying the "google subscriber is unavailable". I placed my online order without ordering the chili and when I went to pick ut up, I told them the problem with the phone and that no refund for the order the day before, had started. I was told it would be sent again, and that they are under new management, which is the reason why you can't call. What? That doesn't make much sense.4 days later, still no refund started, so I disputed the value of the item plus tax with the card issuer. I'm not sure if I'll be back.

Favorite place to get a quick salad. The tri-tip chop is chefs kiss. Produce and steak is always super fresh and the flavors all blend perfectly.... protein and fiber for the win.

I’ve had this place a few times. All the ingredients taste the same. I can bite into a cucumber and a tomato and they both taste like water. The dressings are ok but overall it’s always flavorless. Portion size is good though.

The chicken wrap I ordered tasted good, the chicken was warm which seems weird, I thought it would be cold, IF I go back, next time I'll ask for cold. The bigger problem I had was that the wrap was extremely watery, leaking out all over the table, the thin paper around the wrap and most importantly all over my clothes. Probably going to have to throw away that article of clothing. Not sure where the water came from, I'm assuming the thing the tomatoes were sitting in(?) because everything else in the wrap was dry from which it was sitting in before it went in the wrap. The prices are pretty high, definitely did not expect to pay that much for just 1 sandwich. Overall, the wrap tasted fresh but the things I mentioned I might keep walking to the greek place since I know its always going to be what I like.
I love their salads and the beer batter chicken is excellent ?

Last week my daughter and I decided to try this little convenient place out, as we enjoy healthy Mediterranean style salads. This place is terrible. The service is sparse and absurdly slow. Seems like this slow-mo is a ploy to look like they have a demand-based line coming out of their tiny store. Nope. It's nothing more than a slow cashier tallying up the $17 salads, which are plain, at best. I had the tri-tip, which was overcooked, and grisly, and way overpriced. The restaurant is small and dirty and the food and its presentation is not worthy of more than an $8 salad price, at best. With all the common-themed reviews, unless the owner makes significant changes, I seriously doubt this place will be around long.

Let me start by saying that this was by far my favorite place to eat in Simi Valley! I looked forward to my reaper salad regularly. Once they moved to the new location and finally opened, I believe they were under new ownership. To see that they did away with iceberg lettuce was really disappointing, the reaper salad is off the menu. I'm super bummed. It was a hot commodity and can't understand for the life of me why they stopped carrying that lettuce and that salad.Will sure miss you guys
