I have been to El Pollo Corona Grill, a few times both in their MoorPark and their Simi Valley locations. The food is excellent! Compliments to their chefs! I have had their chicken, tri-tip and pork chop plates. Service is very fast and very friendly. The place is clean and orderly. Often there are many people in their restaurant, either sitting enjoying their meal or getting takeout. Their counter attendants are welcoming, quick and very good at what they do helping to keep the line moving. El Pollo Corona Grill is a gem! The tri-tip is a flavor explosion, and the salsa is top-notch. The chicken is phenomenal, and the prices are fair. The only downside is the dated atmosphere, but the incredible food more than makes up for it. Simi Valley locals, don't miss out on this place!

The unpleasant thing, my husband went to buy 2 mixed donkeys and a combo of meat, chop and chicken. He told them that he wanted the meat well cooked and it turns out that when he got home, when I was taking the dishes out of the bag, the meat was raw, there was blood on it, the donkeys pure rice and beans so expensive that they give them so that one finds the unpleasant surprise that the donkeys have a piece of chicken and a miniature piece of meat, it is not worth paying so much money for so little product ??

Customer service is good and people very attentive, the one thing I've noticed with the years is during covid their pricess went up and they didn't have them on display and it got very expensive, now they don't give you all the food my chicken was missing 1 leg and 1 wing and the price is even more than during covid, and this is not the first time it happens, I've been letting it slide for a while but this is the last time I buy food from there, food is very good but they're charging more for less food and it is not what you see on the menu.

In three minutes they gave me my burrito. I know that food takes a while when I go to eat and they gave me food that had been there for a long time. I didn't pay much attention to it. Me and my brother went to eat and we only ate half and when I got home My housekeeper smelled the food and said it was spoiled and she is a cook, and when the cashier spoke he called my mother on the phone!!! The trip is very bad, don't go!!!!
