This place has awesome chicken bowls and their fire island sauce is awesome. All of the chicken is really clean breast meat and everything has a ton of flavor. Awesome place for lunch.

TL;DR the food here is so below average. I have no idea how people are rating this above 2 stars. Don't come here.Ordered the plate. Had grilled chicken, sauteed veggies, and steamed veggies. Chose the spicy teriyaki sauce. Came with their mac salad. My god. I haven't tasted food this bland in ages. Panda Express is better than this waste of ingredients. Chicken was tough and weak in flavor (3/10), the veggies all leaked water and tasted bland (2/10), and the sauce was just sad (4/10).Worst part is, the sauce was what made the meal palatable. The mac salad was strongly average, definitely the best part of the meal. Still a 5/10 at best, though. This is not a botted review. I was just so disappointed that I had to write this out to save your taste buds and your wallet. For reference, I find Ono Hawaiian way better. Their grilled chicken is tender (8/10), their teriyaki sauce is normal (6/10), and their mac salad is just good (8/10). I do find their katsu lacking (5/10).Hope this helps.

The sauces (various teriyaki flavors) are SO thick n sweet, that I chose to just use soy sauce on my bowl. That was perfect.

This place is so awesome!! A healthy alternative! The staff is amazing and friendly! The food is deliciously fresh. The ambiance is wonderful! I love the island vibes!Dietary restrictions: I limit my sugar intake, so no sauces. Also great if you're a high protein, low carb eater.

My family gets the bowls with veggies and tofu. The pineapple teriyaki is delicious!Vegetarian options: Tofu bowlsDietary restrictions: Peanuts and sesame seeds are optional at the end so you don't have to include them. Tofu and veggies offered instead of meat.Kid-friendliness: Kid meal bowls and drinks are a good size for kids under 10.

I love their bowls BUT…………they are just so inconsistent! I just had one 2 days ago and it was amazing. Went back tonight and it is horrible, same exact bowl! I like the veggies a little on the crunchy side, but these were not even cooked at all, and even the rice was undercooked! At a little over $12 per bowl, it makes me afraid to trust it again. This isn’t the first time, it’s happened many times in the past which is why it’s been a very long time since I’ve gone back. Not trying to bag, just hoping they improve on their consistency.

Always clean, staff is friendly, plenty of parking, quality food. Love the salads and the bowls. Hate that they got rid of their ranch dressing and passion iced tea.

Love Chicken great healthy food fresh with quick service, great parking This was not the case today. Sorry for such a truthful review, almost 30 minutes in line, with only about 5 or so ahead of me, only one person helping all the people and you could tell they lacked proper training and or attentiveness for their job. Food preparation wasn't ready as after such a long wait we had to continue to wait for it to be cooked. Same person handling the food is also the cashier touching the money without washing hands after, this we witnessed. Sorry story doesn't end, while ringing up the $45 dollar order for 3 people he didn't read it back but I asked he verify the order, good thing as it was rang up incorrectly and they were going to overcharge me for something I didn't order. Manager had to come over and correct. After almost 30 minutes at this time we were told we'd have to wait for the order?? puzzling as this place was known to make it as you go from order to cashier. Obviously understaffed. After being given my order, after witnessing the assembly missing the macaroni salad, I had to point this out to obtain all that I paid for so I wouldn't be missing one item. Staff was not rude, but not friendly by any means nor apologetic at all, even by the manager. Story continues, as this lunch time at this place was meeting a family member who worked nearby on Sunday, the failure to properly execute the customers needs and orders caused the loss of more than half of the family members lunch so my family member had to take it back to his work and not enjoy lunch with myself. After driving home to eat the meal I received a text from the family member saying that they didn't even give him the right sandwich, but yet the bill was rang up correctly. My meal, a bowl with fresh veggies was like a soup as they failed to drain the water out when adding the veggies. Not a good experience by far and I could witness a lot of it was due to the leadership. Hopefully someone will revisit core values within the operations.

Chicken platter ($16.99) was bigger than expected. The Thai peanut sauce was not so great for me. I'll try the one with pineapple ? next time. Workers were very young but sweet and attentive. Place was clean and the food was ok. Next time I'll try noodles instead of rice. A small bottle of water cost almost $3 incl taxes, I was a bit surprised. Same price as Powerade. I would try only the platter again.

Salad was a bit over saturated by the salad dressing. Next time around, I'd ask for the dressing on the side.

Just love this place. I keep going back all the time to go to a simple menu so it's not hard to decide what you want. You want to go smaller? Get the bowl you want to go big or get the plate. Got a couple of interesting sandwiches. Some delicious juices if you get a drink. Definitely recommend you get the island rice every time.Vegetarian options: You can get Island rice and vegetables and sauce and tofu. So yeah it's pretty good I think.Kid-friendliness: Kids would love to eat here. Really nice.Parking: So many parking and freeWheelchair accessibility: Yeah you can definitely get in here with a wheelchair
