Honestly I myself work in the customer service industry and tonight who ever the lady in red handling drive thru cashier didn’t say one word lol it was funny to me but a little upsetting because I didn’t feel greeted. The point is to make the customer want to come back, and I wouldn’t. Food was good though.

Normally have a good experience here but tonight was different and dissapointing to say the least. They were out of the potato wedges so i requested to sub curly fries but the manager refused my request and told me they were out and if i wanted to do that it would be $1.50 more than the wedges cost for adding cheese to the fries. I ordered the Vanilla Creamacinno shake and it was watery and gross, i will not be ordering this ever again.

This is by far the worst customer service ever. I ordered 2 cheese burgers and they only gave me 1, 3 times in a row and went hungry cause of it, it's beyond frustrating because it's basic rudimentary instructions and they still f*ck it up after 3 times in a row. I'm pretty sure they've charged me for 2 all 3 times and only got 1. SMH. They have lost my business. Management won't do sh*t about it because they don't care. Period. Stay away from this place.

Prices are getting to high for this processed food. I had an OK experience. I rarely eat out fast food. It was an emergency that cost me. Food was mediocre but the lady @ the drive thru window was very friendly.

Absolute worst. Tried multiple times to go to this location and it just keeps getting worse. Drive thru guy was way to fast and pushy "anything else anything else anything else" after almost every word I would say. Burgers were cold the cheese didn't even melt or change consistency from original shape, didn't give straws or sauce and completely missed the tacos portion of the meal. Tried calling to speak to them and it just rings and rings, 2 different numbers and nothing goes thru. Most definitely will not be going back to this location, just not willing to give more money again and againbfor just worsening service. Wasn't even busy so no excuses.
