I absolutely love Jersey Mike's. However I am disappointed since I have been doing mobile orders. I got my sandwich 25 min after I ordered. At that point, mobile ordering is not very convenient. I might as well walk in. I will still support and I know they are very busy (there were people in line and at least 10 Togo bags packed), it is lunch time. I get it. But maybe an extra staff on peak hours or at least acknowledge people as they come in bc I felt awkward interrupting the gal to ask about my order. There were 4 people waiting just to pick up already ordered/paid for food and no one acknowledged us.The last few experiences have been like this. Maybe a warning that Togo order will take 20+ minutes will help gauge.With that said, the staff was working really hard and was polite, you can just tell they were swamped.

Thank you so much!!!! I had the greatest experience at this location today. The men behind the counter did such a great job with our large order and were very attentive and kind. My receipt says our server was AMANDEEP but this was a team effort. Thank you guys, keep up the hard work!

I had the club sub and it was delicious. Made perfectly, and the avocado/veggies were so fresh. I have allergies, they changed gloves and did the allergy protocol. Will definitely order my lunch from here again!Dietary restrictions: They have an entire allergy protocol if you just ask. They also have all ingredients listed online and easy to read. Makes it easy for people with lots of allergies like me.

The store was clean but otherwise the service was painfully slow, taking over 35 minutes for one sandwich. Burnt bread that wasn’t sliced. Wasn’t even able to use rewards for my free sandwich. Will be going to a different location from now on.

The people were nice enough but not super clean. Vegi's look old. The bread was way over baked. I had to cut of the ends in order to get to softer bread. I ordered a number six. The roast beef the guy cut were the last tiny bits before they opened a new one. My dogs were happy because they ate the meat. Probably would go back to this one. The one on LA Ave is far superior and cleaner.

There are multiple sub spots in Simi, but this is the only one I go to. The staff is friendly, the subs are excellent, it's clean, and it's a decent value. The reason I want to highlight this place, though, is because today they went above and beyond. I was having a crummy day and sent my husband to pick up our order. The sandwiches were for Googly Bear and Celia. The photo shows what we got. The sandwiches were 10/10, but the packaging was priceless.

Terrible service , manager has no clue how to manage, stood at counter for 5 minutes without being acknowledged, I was so mad I walked out I forgot to put my tea back , when I called to complain manager was only concerned about me taking tea not about his lack of customer service.

Just wanted to give a shoutout to Ashton at Jersey Mikes on Tapo. He was amazing in getting through a very busy time. Worked like an octopus with 8 arms, and FAST. Ashton was friendly, pleasant, helpful and professional. Great manager material if he isn't one already. Great service, great sandwiches!!

Hopefully, this was caused by a one-off situation and does not repeat. We have ordered from this store for over 25 times with total satisfaction and praise. However last night (Thursday evening) we ordered two sandwiches which were made by one of two odd guys who seemed like they may have been stoned working the counter; they put in overcooked bacon, hardly put any meat, forgot the mayo, then over-flooded the sandwiches with Mike’s sauce; to the point where you couldn’t even taste anything else and the bread was completely a soggy mess! Terrible!! Hope these guys aren’t there next time.—-A very solid go-to for a speedy and great tasting sandwich is Good Ol’ Jersey Mike’s! In this case, it is an Italian - Mike’s Way, with some Lay’s Barbecue Potato Chips and a side of Pickles! This location is fast, clean and very friendly!???

Walking in to enjoy a meal with the family. My wife orders and I'm ready to order next. Standing right in front of the man he serves the people behind me. Did not ask for my order just completely ignored me. Instead of causing a Boomer Scene, (I'm 25), I thought to myself to let it go and forget it. Terrible service, no courtesy, no teamwork.

Everytime I come here they are really friendly, funny, and make my sandwiches to perfection! I always order my sandwiches with Extra Meat, Extra Cheese and add Bacon and Chipotle Mayo!!! Tonight I got a No. 6!
