Yum, the best chain sandwich around

Staff was very rude, and continued to talk socialize rather than helping customers. Staff using earphones while helping customers and do not change their gloves between tasks.

I only order the roast beef sub because the meat is freshly cooked and sliced in front of you. The buns are great, the food is great, one of the best subs I've ever had and I've lived all over the US.

I arrived at the restaurant and waited for half an hour. Every time I asked the clerk, I always said I was doing it, but everyone who came in later than me, even the people who ordered on the spot, got their food and left, and I was still told to wait. I don't understand why a simple sandwich has to wait half an hour, which makes me wonder if their perfunctory attitude is racist?

So I usually always order #43 the chipotle cheese STEAK and its always good so its always my go to! This time i ordered it and it tasted kinda funny not bad but off so i opened the sandwich and it had no meat super weird, super disappointing just be more aware. Thank you ps my wife added bacon and it actually tasted pretty awesome maybe something to try who knows :) but definitely would be better if it had the steak.

4 lazy guys just walking around and doing nothing .I was waiting over there for one sub 20 min and keep saying we are working on it nut Nobody did it was online order that supposed to be ready 5 min before me arriving .I'm wondering how the owner pf this location deal with that

Absolutely a 10/10, Mike's Subs never seems to disappoint. Service, great but the store is located in the center of a town full of old, terribly up brought, racist and just utterly disgusting citizens. Reviews on every establishment within this town (Simi valley) is twisted and bent to a frame of dishonesty. Old people alone will be grouchy and unfair/mean, but Simi Valley holds another type of old people, not *just* physically old. It can be a mental capability that some people can not find within them selfs and bring about/take action on. People tend to through fits and over exaggerate the literal and actual service. Personally within my own experience with workin at a fast food place in Simi. I have seen it first hand, 40,50,60,70+ years of age and these people are inflamed about pickles on there sand which. Are you kidding me, sounds childish to me. But yes there has been moments in time we're even my self has gone to a McDonald's (and a couple other fast food spots) within Simi and they forgot to take off the mustard on my mc double (for instance). Didn't phase me, I tasted the tangy disgusting mustard, not like the mustard was bad I just personally don't like mustard. And it didn't even come upon me to call the store, make a complaint, make a hassle out of it. There are kids and older people who struggle to even obtain food, that McDouble with mustard on it doesn't make it lesser of a burger, it still has meat, buns etc... it's food!! Eat it! These people act like infants that don't wanna eat vegetables, your order got messed up boo-hoo, that's tuff. Eat it. Do you find it a struggle to find food? No, you drove your fat ass 10 minutes to Popeyes and ended up complaining about some bull shit for over the amount of time it even took you to make it to the place. Do better Simi, be more open minded, less fixed on a certain idea of you get what you want, maybe you don't like ketchup but because they forgot to take it off it actual taste pretty good on what you have it on. Maybe it's the complete opposite, but the audacity that you have/take out to make a hassle on the workers, and for the rest of the people around you... you are a disturbance. Maybe if you tried to put a bit of nicer emphasis on words and bring upon light and niceness to the youth (the majority of the fast food workers in Simi). But thats only what I could wish for, people wont even think twice to act upon something that is much greater and much better for the town, and eventually the country but that's even further. Little acts of kindness can have big effects on people.

Walked in for a couple of giant subs.I was greeted promptly, and given attention by both employees behind the counter. Proceeded with my questions and orders. They listened carefully and executed.Sandwiches came out perfect.Thank you guys, keep up the good work

We ordered a #8 done Mike's way. We got our sandwiches with no bacon, no cheese, very little meat, and no vinegar. Super disappointed. We called and had to drive all the way back to get it made right. The one on L.A. is so much better.

I love the Jersey Mike franchise and will always pick up JM over Subway or any other equivalent but unfortunately at this location, time and time again I am disappointed. For the past 5 times I have gone the wheat bread is always overly crusty and dry, which really ruins the sandwich for me. This location is convenient to where I live but I will have to start going to other locations in Simi.

Please train the staff better. 16 year olds are perfectly capable of delivering high-quality customer service if they are trained properly and then held accountable. Who is training these kids? Who is on them daily to make sure they're doing their job well? I don't even blame the kids, they need good leadership, which seems to be lacking here. Please have a talk with whoever is responsible for training the staff and let them know- the staff is doing a crap job. It's time for retraining, time to remind them of expectations, and to actually hold them accountable to make sure they're delivering a quality experience to your customers. Because this was not it. (Sunday 12/12 at 2pm)
