Big shout out to Nick and Matthew who made my experience at Jersey Mike's tonight excellent they were so attentive and accommodating and made three of the best damn sandwiches I've had in years thank you guys for the great experience definitely will be coming back

What's wrong with you people, I dig the sandwiches and their customer service oh yeah and the tunes they play. I have already received 3 free sandwiches from the app. Remember the show Seinfeld and the soup kitchen one, funny! Every time I walk through their door I have a huge smile on my face, after a hard day of working and if I can at least smile or laugh, my day was well worth the hard labor...anyway this one is super clean, the employees are #1, it's close to my home, can't go wrong with this jersey mikes! Thanx, cause customer service is #1 in my eyes..."No soup for you"!HahahahaMy go to place, KrisHope this is the one on E. I love Jersey Mike's sandwiches. My go to sandwiches are the Italian and the veggie. The store in the Vineyards in Porter ranch is fantastic. The rosemary bread is the best I've had out of all of the stores that I've been to. My son called his #13 heaven. LOL. And my wife, who is not a sandwich person, loved the famous Philly. Highly recommend next time you're nearby, on your way home, or going to the movies.

This place is beyond unprofessional. I called and asked if I could have a sandwich made if I arrived at 8:57, since my Waze indicated that that would be my arrival time. The girl that I spoke to conferred with someone in the back, and said that it would be fine. When I arrived, the assistant manager, who identified himself as "Mathew", (but wouldn't provide any I.D.) said that they were closed. I literally showed him my cell phone, which now said 8:58 because they took so long to come to the door, and he STILL told me that it was 9:00. He could not provide an explanation as to why I was given misinformation, but I'm pretty sure that they just wanted to go home early. I asked for his manager's name, and he wouldn't disclose that either. Avoid this place like the plague.

The bread was old and stale, the service was slow, and the avocado was $4.75 for barely any avocado. Absolutely horrendous experience at this location, and I usually love Jersey mikes.

Food is ok. Female staff on phone are extremely rude and lazy. Act like you are asking for the world when you tell them what you want on sandwich. When I told the female that answered that I wanted to place an order she said "no this is Jersey mikes, " I said I know I want to place an order she put me on hold without another word. Next up to bat I told her the first sandwich ingredients and she sighed really loud. I asked her if there was a problem and she said "what um no " I asked for manager and she said they don't have one.

Dope food. Staff used to be way better. Half of them look half asleep, not friendly.... Some look utterly depressed and catatonic.... like, you probably should redo basic training or not have a customer facing position. One dude in particular looks like he's tortured and pissed off to be making sandwiches. You're in the wrong job bro.

The food is prepared usually by enthusiastic and helpful team members, but the ingredients are mediocre.Vegetarian options: The have a portobello bowl for the vegetarians with gluten issues as well as a gluten free bread option. The bread is often very dry.
Both times we've been here, the food has been sub* par. They put less in the subs, and the bread has been old. I let Jersey Mikes know of this issue, corporate has let them know twice, and this franchise hasn't responded. Clearly they don't care.

We got off the 118 going back to the valley from Camarillo just to have lunch at Cronie's. But alas, Cronies was crowded and didn't have enough servers.Hungry, we decided to find a Jersey Mikes so it was convenient.Kids had the #7 turkey and provolone. I tried the buffalo chicken sandwich which was warm, messy and delicious. Added chips and drinks.We were happy with our choices. We ate in the restaurant and they had a lot of walk-in business despite some renovations going on outside. Workers were friendly.It's a Jersey Mike's and it's a solid location and option.

Came to Jersey Mike's at 7:56pm checked the time twice because I wanted to make sure I wasn't "that guy" coming in 4 minutes before close. But no, this place doesn't close till 9pm so I shouldn't be getting attitude from staff that has an entire hour left to work right? I shouldn't be almost breaking my neck from a slippery floor that the staff mopped an hour ahead of closing to "get out on time" right? Listen people, we've all worked your job at one point or another, do the job, I could care less if you don't want to be there. Management needs to pay attention to this location, look at the reviews. Also, sandwich absolutely sucked, thank you for an attitude and possible lawsuit.
