Fridays is always a great place to grab a bite to eat. Recently I learned they have a ghost kitchen inside called Krispy rice. It was nice to enjoy a burger while my husband and daughter got their sushi fix. The food was spot on and I'm glad we decided to stop by. The mall contains a movie theater, Boba time, and several other places to eat.
The waiter was very attentive; however, the food was not good..The chicken fingers were not fresh, the ribs and friend shrimp were just ok.The drinks were better than the food.Food: 2/5
AMAZING service and Great food. Thank you so much Georgina D. for taking care of our large group (Simi Valley Corvette Club). Everyone was very happy with their food choices. We hope to be back again soon!
The service by our waitress Michaela was superb. We had a small issue with our meal and Justin, the manager went “over the top” to make things right and the desire for us to return.
Love the rewards app . Friendly service
Great visit today. Wife had a bacon ranch chicken sandwich. She loved it. I had a burger that was awesome. Tony was our server and made sure everything was good. Drinks were never empty and he checked on us to make sure everything was going well. Don't forget to sign up for their rewards!
We ordered potato skins. The potato was not cooked properly ,almost raw. Too difficult to enjoy. Management needs to get in the kitchen more often to taste test what is being served. Standards need to improve in service, cleanliness, food quality, etc.
Went in to catch a quick bite before a movie, didn't expect to enjoy it as much as we did to be completely honest. We got the bucket of bones which was really good ribs wings and fries We got the dynamite popcorn which was pretty good but I felt like it was over fried/ too much batter. And we got the chicken bacon ranch sandwich which they split into two plates for us with separate side salads. All of the food was really good. And the $4 whiskey sours weren't bad either. We had a great server named Matthew who made the meal quite pleasant, very accommodating. Two thumbs up.
Used to love this TGI Friday's location. The food use to be great and they gave you good size portions, not anymore. The sad part is customer service is not what it used to be and the front smells like urine.
This place is bomb as shit, the fries are fucking far out, make sure to order the whiskey bourbon sauce with it too. Last week I also ordered the bacon burger medium rare, and they fucking did it beautifully how I wanted. No complaints. This place is radical dude. RIP ZYZZ
This is not the restaurant it used to be...There was a time that you almost always had to wait for a table. No more... Was there last night and ordered a steak cooked medium. It came back well done and tough as shoe leather. No baked potatoes, just runny mashed potatoes out of a box. I couldn't eat anything but the broccoli. Tried my grandson's hamburger and it was tasteless. I want to support local businesses, but really can't in this case. I won't be going back anytime soon.
We made reservations since we were a party of 8 for a birthday dinner. It was between lunch and dinner and not busy at all. As we walked in a waitress stood there and we said hi as we walked by and she said hi back. We were sat next to another large table that had been there and already ordered and we're having drinks. It took forever for that same waitress to come to our table and she tells us "sorry for the wait there was a mix up I though you and the other party were together." As were were sitting there the waitress for the other party says that's it I'm quitting as she is walking away from her table loud enough for us all to hear that her table probably heard her too. The whole energy of the wait staff was terrible. You could hear one of the waitresses cussing at the station by the tables. I ordered the steak and frites. Ordered it medium rare. When it came it was well done and tiny! It looked like cut up leftovers put on a plate White a bunch of potatoes. The fork in the picture was for size reference. The potato appetizer with the white queso and pico was really good though! Was just all over the weirdest dining experience.
Wish I would've read the reviews before ordering through uber eats. Paid $30 to get 20 fries and a small chicken sandwich & bread was really hard. First & last time ordering from here.
We always come to try the new items on the menu. This time around we tried the new Fajitas. Chicken & Steak Fajitas and the Dynamite Shrimp. First bit if the Shrimp was, "Wow I'm impressed!" It was really tasty! There are so many flavors. I would definitely get them again. A nice young man l, Tony, was our waiter, he was perfectly attentive.Plenty of tables available, they have a full bar, outside/ patio dinning & parking spots with shade.
Worst experience ever, I placed an order for pick up, i came to pick it up There was no one in the front to assist me or anything i saw servers in the back & they saw me BUT none of them came to me & ask me if i needed something I waited 15Mins!!!' Then i decided to call to let them know that i was there. They still made me wait 5mins & then brought my order. Customer service honestly Sucks!!! They didn't even apologize or anything. Who ever manages this place needs to make an improvement ASAP. No wonder why there so many bad reviews!!!!!
