Everything from the start was simply amazing. The Hostess was gracious. The server which forgive me I forget his name, he was very knowledgeable about the food and wine pairing. Shay the manager touched my table to wish me a Happy Birthday which was a nice surprise. I love how the staff makes everyone feel like VIP's. Oysters, caviar, skirt steak, were amazing. They have such a wonderful wine selection as well. Thank you for a wonderful night!

Sante was terrific! I sometimes forget about this excellent restaurant within the Sonoma Mission Inn. It was easy to get a last minute reservation, indicating others may be making the same mistake. Service was fully attentive. Besides the server, the Manager came over multiple times to ensure we were well taken care of, as well as to help pour wine. There were many good meal choices, without the menu being overwhelming. Most outstanding was the mushroom soup. I don't usually order pork as a main or carrots for a side, as they tend to seem "ordinary." But they were both recommended, so we tried them and were so pleased with their tenderness and seasonings that they were closer to extraordinary.

We got the Wagyu steak for $150. Flavor was ok but the steak was way undercooked. Broccolini also way undercooked. Dessert was awful. No one asked us if everything was ok...just kept bringing us stuff without any real service. Definitely not worth the price.

I took my girlfriend here for Valentine's Day. We did the prepaid Valentines Day 4 Course Menu. It was fantastic. Great service and lighting. The table had little rose petals and the restaurant had a great mood. The courses came at a good pace to where we didn't need to rush or feel rushed. The servers were very attentive. The food was fantastic and if one of us didn't end up finishing something then they would have it boxed up for us. All of the courses were fantastic. The dessert was amazing and delicious. And at the end they surprised us with some chocolate strawberries. 10/10 would go to this place again for a special occasion.

My husband and I had a lovely Valentine's Day dinner at Santé. The food was delicious, great ambiance and the staff, specially Melissa, was very nice and attentive. Will definitely go back.

The bartenders make good drinks. The expresso martinis are made without bailey's. I prefer my expresso martinis with bailey's because it adds a smooth finish on my pallet. I was pleasantly surprised how good the Highway 12 Sauvignion blanc tasted tasting true to it's grassy roots. The Caymus petite sirah is a delicious red wine for a dark fruit palette.

Lovely and elegant, but simply appointed dining room.Excellent food overall, although the duck liver mousse would benefit from more salt, a little Cognac and some truffle (even at a slightly higher price). Yogurt carrots and beet salad were excellent. Duck main course delicious although breast overcooked from the medium-rare requested; wild rice pilaf with shredded duck confit made up for it in great flavor. Outstanding and personable service from Jonathan, with excellent and knowledgeable wine suggestions. Will definitely return when in the area again.

Went here on the Travel Zero lunch coupon. Save your money and go somewhere else. Service was practically non-existent. All four of us order the steakfrites. The steak wasn't hot enough to melt the truffle butter. The butter was a cold coagulated mess that sat on the edge of the cold plate next to the bloody cold beef. The fries were warm at best. The waitress came by once. No drink refills, no water refills. We sat with empty wine glasses for over 3/4 of our meal. To top it off they nail you with a $32.00 service fee. The meal and service wouldn't justify a $10.00 fee. A $64.00 tip/service fee was outrageous and completely unearned. Me wife sent her meal back. They obviously microwaved it or stuck it under a salamander and sent it back with the vegetables soggy and over steamed. The steak still not hot swimming in warmed blood. As 30 year Sonoma county residents we would have expected much more for our money. Will never come back and will never recommend.

The reservation was made for a bachelorette dinner. We appreciated having our table near the bar so that the guest-of-honor could have access to the TV in the neighboring bar (Go Niners!). Our server, Jonathan, was attentive, informative, and quite witty! The food was delicious and accommodating to our various needs (vegan, pregnant, etc.). We had a wonderful experience! ... Apologies to our fellow diners who had expected a quiet dinner and ended up bothered by our enthusiasm.

We are a small family and went for Christmas dinner. We were graciously seated early, as we made good time from Healdsburg. The fish course was amazing. 6 oysters on the half shell, 6 prawns, 6 crab lettuce cups and 3 caviar toasts for 3 of us. Amazing start. Service and food was excellent throughout. Highly recommend. This is our second time there for a holiday dinner.

Beautifully updated with excellent service. Delicious family style meal with plentiful sides. Everything was perfectly seasoned and a reasonable wine list to accompany. Had the duck breast, beet salad, and burrata appetizer.

Valet was professional, courteous and punctual! Reception (hostess) was excellent. Server Forrest was fantastic!!! Shayla (not our server) was extremely friendly and showed genuine care for us as she passed by our table!!! We chose to sit by the pool (our choice completely) because we had our service Pomeranian dog Sugar with us and we didn't want to annoy other customers who may not appreciate a dog around them. We sat right next to the pool where there was a nice family but they had a nonstop screaming child for part of our dining! No big deal, we had a great time anyway because the overall service was superb!!!

Our meal and overall experience at Santé was wonderful, and we are very picky diners. The hostess was welcoming and let us choose our table, our waitperson--Jonathan--was warm, attentive, knowledgeable, and focused on our enjoyment, and the food was incredible. The duck liver mousse "small bite" was in fact a very generous dollop of mousse with lavash crackers. We had the duck breast with wild rice confit and the black cod--both perfectly prepared and apportioned--and the cheese plate, which was lavish. (I need to figure out how to replicate that duck confit rice at home.) The wines were perfectly paired, thanks to Jonathan who gets a special mention for making our dinner truly special. Thank you, Santé, we will be back!
