Wonderful tastes. One of the best "food truck" experiences. Having seating nearby is great.

After seeing the other reviews, we were very disappointed. Don't expect a Mexican style bacon wrapped hotdog. I attached a photo. Don't know what they're going for. The hotdog was barely cooked, and then some bacon strips and pico de gallo we're thrown on top. We tried 4 different kinds of tacos. Pastor, asada, chorizo, and cabeza. All of them were bad. Some descent salsa would have helped, but when I asked for spicy salsa, she said they didn't have any. Ugh.

Very cool food truck on the road to Sonoma Plaza. Delicious tacos and ice cold sodas. Highly recommended.

Great Mexican food with asada and al pastor. I tried the al pastor tacos and a steak burrito. Portions are good size and filling. The burrito had rice, beans, avocado, tomato and choice of meat. Depending on the time of day there can be a line but i got lucky and walked right up. They have plenty of seating with umbrellas and take credit card.

Really tasty breakfast burrito. Will definitely be back for dinner. Terrific flavors and really hit the spot. Is now my go to place for burritos in Sonoma and Napa.

Have you ever heard of a Mexican Food Truck having yummy burgers?! El Coyote's are actually REALLY good! They are full of flavor and so juicy - definitely grab a couple of napkins to enjoy. You can customize your burger and order with one or two patties. And, their Mexican hot dogs... you know, the hot dogs wrapped in bacon that are topped with salsa, drizzle of crema, condiments - Oh. Sooo. Good!!! Might as well get two of those, when you finish one you'll wish you would have ordered two - trust me. Tacos and Burritos are good too - but, the burgers and hot dogs stand out the most for me. Although El Coyote has raised their prices a bit (I mean, which business hasn't), I feel they are still fairly priced.

I feel badly for not writing this review sooner! I hired the El Coyote taco truck to come to my house for a party a few weeks ago. I couldn't have made a better decision!! My guests absolutely LOVED the food, the service, and the fun concept. I LOVED the convenience of no shopping, cooking, cleaning for dinner for 30+ people!! I tried to find out the winning menu item from my guests, but all the choices were winners - carnitas tacos, steak quesadilla, vegetarian burritos,.... I highly recommend them for a party, and I will be doing it again.

Every burrito lover's dream! This is the spot! The salsa is bomb, service is friendly, food is made to order and my burrito was loaded with bacon. I don't live near this area and wish they would bring their goodness to my neck of the woods. If you see this truck don't pass them bye! Get something to save for later if you're not hungry.

This place was honestly very good. Being Hispanic very picky I can comfortably say that it was very good. I had a torta de al pastor. Could have used a little more flavor, you could taste they did not cook it with the pineapple. But it was still good. The drinks were also very cold. The meat was fluffy, if that's even a thing, but it was not super chewy. Over all you will not be leaving hungry.

Definitely not authentic Mexican. It gets the job done, but it's not the real deal. If you get a breakfast burrito and you want the eggs to be fully cooked, probably a good idea to let them know, today was the 3rd time the eggs weren't fully cooked and I could just see the egg white all slimy, all up in my burrito. Needless to say I didn't even take 3 bites, went straight into the trash can. Now, don't get me wrong I risk getting salmonella poisoning all day long as I'll throw a raw egg including the egg shell into the blender without hesitation when I make protein shakes, cause the god of lifting Arnold Schwarzenegger said so, but In my breakfast burrito, thanks but no thanks, I prefer the eggs to be fully cooked as opposed to slimy.

Came here during a recent trip wine country! My friends and I did an experience at an animal sanctuary and were rerouting to Sonoma for wine tasting, but decided to stop here for a quick bite beforehand. This is a cute little food truck, with a few picnic tables on the side where you can eat. I decided to order the al pastor taco salad and my fiance got the carnitas burrito, and we all had some chips and guac to split. The portion size for all the dishes (including the guac) was pretty big which was really nice! The salad was chockfull of different ingredients including tomatoes, lettuce, grilled zucchini, beans, rice and came on a really delicious flour tortilla so you could wrap it up if you want to as well. My fiance seemed to really enjoy his burrito as well! The chip and guacs were good and it was nice to have so much, but the guac could've been a little better seasoned. Great little pit stop for a quick bite!

This place is my go-to for lunch. The family that runs it are good people that provide quick and courteous service. I like the fact that they make burgers in addition to their Mexican food, so fortunately I never tire of what they have to offer. They are very reasonably priced compared to the restaurants that are near/off the Square. El Coyote, thank you for your service.
