Memorial Day at the Water Tower Bar! Actually we ended up here after our massage and the service here is great! There are some kids around in case that’s not your thing, but they bring food and drinks out to your chairs which is nice!

This is a poolside bar at the Fairmont Sonoma. You have a nice view of the pool and there is plenty of seating. I came here as soon as I got to the hotel for a quick bite. For a poolside bar I thought it was great. The white wine and cocktail were good and the hummus with naan and burger were just what we needed.

4*Water Bar Fairmont Sonoma Ambience is bad; dining next to pool full of kids swimming Signage to restaurant is non-existent; easy to get disoriented However, we were rescued by the pool manager (Nancy who was SUPER!!!) Mikayla was our friendly food server The guacamole (fresh) and chips (real) were large and delicious The falafel wrap was tasty The burger and fries were huge, but a little salty The crab Louie was poor; smallest portion of crab drowning in mayonnaise; the hard-boiled egg could have used 90 more seconds; the bibb lettuce described was really iceberg; for the price a real rip off. If it wasn't for Nancy the rating would have been much lower.

Food is ok. Actually I would say great for a poolside service. Very helpful people work here. Wine, drinks, food and pool, what could be better?!

Was here with my aunt and uncle (who were staying at the hotel) on a hot day for lunch. Food was really good and the drinks were great. Gianna took care of us and was awesome. Not usually my scene, but I enjoyed it immensely.

I must be invisible. Wait staff walked by me several times after I first sat down. Didn't even look at me. I had to get up and fetch my own menu. After deciding what I wanted, I waited for someone to take my order. Again several members of the wait staff walk past me, ignoring me even though I am holding a menu. I take to waving it around until finally someone notices me. Then the disappointment continues. I order a $17 shrimp ceviche. Hardly any shrimp. Mostly tomatoes and onions. Definitely not worth $17. I bring this to the attention of the staff. I basically get, "too bad". Want some salsa to go with the still large amount of tortilla chips I have left over. Very disappointing.
