Got a taro mochi bun by this shop from an Asian market in the IE. I guess they carry some of their products. Chewed into a piece of the bread and got egg shell. The crunch and feeling of the egg shell ruined the bun for me, unfortunately :/ Please double check not to drop egg shells into your batter.

I believe this is their factory, cuz if you go inside there nothing but decorations of prop cake. There nobody in the front to greet me so I have to called their phone number and the lady picked up asking which location am I want to order, had to explain that I pick up my online order. Then 3 mins later the lady came out with my cake and I have sign the paper. The cake is pretty good have some durian inside, the durian stream make form chocolates.

I called Saturday morning to order a 8" fresh mango cake very last minute but Phillip was very accommodating and nice. He had the cake ready by 3pm same day. It was delicious. Size perfect for about 10-15 people. It was a hit! Thank you Diamond bakery!

Bought a coffee CREAM roll with absolutely no cream. I've been a long time customer in their bakeries and now they have just lost a loyal customer. It was such a dissapointment as it costed 12 dollars and the quality certainly went down hill. Really disappointed.

Rude person who helps in the front, seriously! no customer service skills at all. And I get it, my order was not a huge cake but who order a big cake this days with Covid anyway, I manage a store and every dollar count, big or small orders....I guess they have enough business that don't need mine. I just left and take my order somewhere else

I have been coming here for years. I really love this place! It was my friends wedding. It was going to be something small because of COVID. I had some pictures and wanted something familiar to the pictures. I told them how I wanted and what I wanted. They did just what I asked for. Thank you Phillip for helping out with my special order. Everyone loved it. Highly recommended
