Order a bucket of chicken and end up with a piece of wire stuck to the chicken crisp. Appetite went away after seeing this, not letting me enjoy the rest of my food.

Went to order food to dine out & ended up with a piece of metal wire stuck on my chicken piece. Completely lost appetite couldn't enjoy my food completely. Went back to talk to the manager about it & was given a hard time nobody should have to go thru this type of service nor have to deal with finding metal pieces stuck on their food. Also cooks don't use cooking gloves they prepare the raw meat with their bare hands causing cross contamination.

I placed a mobile order not too long ago only to find out they closed at 9:00 for some sort of reason instead of 10:00. What a waste of time and convenience. I hope they refund my money.

Not one container was full, even the Famous Bowl. There was NOTHING tender about the tenders as they were hard, chewy, thin, and half the size of any other KFC. The fries were half empty and soggy. The coleslaw was also half empty and WARM! (I took it out of the bag as soon as the girl put it in with all the hot food, drove home with it in front of the air conditioner, and it was still warm and nasty!) I got 2 root beers, and both taste dirty, and I think no one cares to clean or change the syrup or carbonation. Not one employee smiled, or seemed to like their job. They looked unkempt, and ready to drink the Kool-Aid. What I ordered was not what I received, and then they UP charged me (didn’t just charge me the $1) for what I should’ve had in the bag, and didn’t even give me a receipt for the lie. I gave up on trying to eat the $35+ of food that I bought there, and ate a cup of noodles because the food was vile! Go to ANY other KFC. This one is trash! They don’t care how much you spend, or what you ordered. They’ll give you what they want. These pictures are right after I walked out the door, and got into my truck. I didn’t want to open the lids and have my truck smell like that forever.

I ordered for quick pick up twice from this location! Since they have best deals online, & being only 8mins from home. 1st time we gave them about 30mins before picking up the order, & it still wasn't ready! They had 1 customer in the place so it wasn't busy. 2nd time around my bf went to pick up the order by himself, & he is the type to never check orders/purchases so as he came home a whole box of chicken tenders was missing! & of course he wasn't going back to get it. Also pretty annoying how I have to always check to make sure they do their job right!

I asked the lady if she have anything spicy and she said no we can put sauce on it so I said no thank you.. so I waited for my food and the guy after me asked another worker if they have something spicy and she told him we have this and that and I was like I was told you have nothing spicy ? not cool

This store far exceeds the other stores in food quality and freshness.Service: always service with a smile. Been coming to this location for 7 years now, different employees over the years and they all seem to have high moral, give speedy service always.I always find the restaurant clean and clean restrooms too.
