This store takes forever when you order your pizza if you go around 2 or 3pm they take forever to make your order makes no difference if you call ahead of time or order in person. Still have to wait along time. I don't get it why they have someone working on there own if they can't with the orders I felt for the person working there.

Ordered pizza at 8:52 pm on Monday night a cheese pizza. Pizza was thrown away in trash can picked up out of the trash can and opened checked by a staff member and then was attempted to hand it to me. I refused it, I took a video I asked for a refund. Got an attitude and. I apology. Called the next day to speak to manager her name was Ana she said she’ll give me a week to come and retrieve a new pizza. And at the VERY end apologized. I then went to pick up the pizza for it to be dry old and like the cardboard it’s served out of as if they gave me the free pizza that was thrown in the trash looked just like a day old pizza not fresh cheese was stuck not melted as fresh pizza is at 8:45 pm Brought it back again at 8:52pm was told they were out of dough and out of pizza for tonight and for me to come back the next day and offered me free wings and a pepperoni pizza. I refused the pepperoni pizza came back the next day to get told I picked up the pizza why tf would I get a pepperoni pizza that me and my family don’t eat when we ordered a cheese pizza that was thrown in the trash. Customer service sucks horrible staff horrible service who throws someone pizza in the trash will be expecting a call from CORPORATE they gave me customer service for online order phone number. Will be filing a complaint with BBB as well. And upload the photo on social media.Vegetarian options: Ordered cheese pizza

I order online went to pick up my order . I got home my kids open there pizza to find this .. I called and the manager said to take him back the pizza to give us another one ! I called not to replace the pizza but to let them know you don't do this kind of s**** For whoever thought it was ok to pack it up . It's my money and my time and gas !!!
