I have worked in the food industry for more than 20 years, specifically with seafood. This is by far a hidden gem that needs more recognition. The food is fresh, prepared with care and they are very attentive to details. Since it's made fresh it may take a bit longer but it is worth the wait so be patient. I followed my friend's advice and tried their chipotle noodles with shrimp, and it was truly exceptional. The dish had a fantastic smoky flavor, perfectly complemented by the succulent shrimp. Every bite was a flavorful blend of spice and savory goodness.
