In all honesty I hate giving this review because the waitresses were nice and tried their best so I didn't want anything I'm about to say to apply to the service I received from them. This review is strictly towards management and the food they provide their customers. I went as a party of 4 and we ordered wings, brussel sprouts, fish tacos, poke nachos, and the brisket sandwich.There were a series of mistakes with our order, which none of us minded because it was our waitress's first day and we all understood the challenges in the food business and the learning curve. But on top of those mistakes, the wings were underwhelming, the poke nachos tasted of old fish, and the brisket sandwich tasted like it was microwaved and was just plain terrible. We didn't even receive the brussel sprouts. When we got the bill it included the brussel sprouts that we didn't receive and no added gratuity. We requested a new check without the brussel sprouts and when we got the new check, we were informed that management told the waitress that gratuity is automatically charged to parties of 4. ON THE MENU IT STATES THAT AUTOMATIC GRATUITY IS CHARGED TO PARTIES OF 6 OR MORE. They realized how many mistakes they made and made sure that we weren't able to tip less because of it.Now let me be clear my friends and I never intended to tip less because the waitresses really were very sweet and tried their best. However the shady business practices of management and the terrible food they provided really left a bad taste in our mouth.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Don't eat here. The food sucks and they'll still make you wait an hour to even get it. Charged gratuity on my small party even though the menu said they only do that for parties of 6 or more. They only care about milking you for as much as they can before you leave Lake Tahoe and head back home

My Son was excited for us to try this place. We were looking for a place to watch the Warriors on Sunday and have a few drinks as we were celebrating an anniversary. The service was super slow even though it was not crowded. Probably would not go there again

This place has TERRIBLE customer service. Waited to be seated 10 mins another 10 just to get menus now still waiting to get a drink. One person working this place has gone down hill and will not be open much longer. Don’t waste your time coming it, you’ll be here for hours just to get food. Way better places in Tahoe to eat and way better customer service this is unbelievable

Really disappointed. Nice ambiance...Except for the Mylar balloon suck to the middle ceiling fan, made so much noise one of the tables next to us asked for the fans to be shut off. Food was terrible. For their prices, food should be good. Brisket sandwich for $18, and the meat was so cold. Congealed fat and cold brisket meat, so gross. On more than one of our orders. Barely any fries on the plate. Nachos were burnt and mushy at the same time. Drinks bleh, beer warm and flat. I had high hopes on this being a new spot for us to watch the game but nothing was good, sorry to say.

Looks like a great place to watch sports an have a good meal!! Just please dont use Ten Dime Sports out off Lake Tahoe they are a SCAM!! Teust me theres a reason theres only 1 review on there site!!

I've been here several times because I like the multiple tvs. However Definitely a shady place. Never been to a restaurant before where they begged for cash and then also charged a credit card surcharge on your meal (without any notice of their surcharge). Kind of rude and slow service. Not always open during open hours. There's a lot better in Tahoe. I hope they can get their act together or sell to a different owner.

I would say the food was pretty good, but I ordered a whiskey sour that came out pretty sweet. Other than that, ambiance was cool, we went on a football Sunday and there was still plenty of seating.
This is the worst sports bar I have ever attended. No service. It's football season. Drinks took 25 minutes the place was empty.

The food was ok, came to eat here because of the 50% off of appetizers. We were told by the manager/ owner they would not honor the discount. I was not gonna create a fit because I have children with me whom were hunger. We have been coming here for years and now just disappointed. The receipt is as not accurate as they did not have south lake fognozzle instead it was Sierra Nevada Hazy. We will not be returning as we will be finding a new place to hangout. Furthermore what is the non-cash adjust?
