Staying here right now. We had some travel snags so ended up here waiting for our flights to get worked out. Very nice facility - if you’re into aesthetics. There are zero perks for Lifetime Platinum and as you would expect, everything is overpriced. We are exhausted from being nickel and dimed at every turn as we travel. Two tiny waters provided in the room. Staff not particularly friendly. Will not be back.

Rooms are on the smaller end. No lunch is served over weekends. It is located in an office area so options are limited. The night we arrived the restaurant held a 21st birthday party and it was super loud with a DJ that it was impossible to eat at the restaurant the whole evening. Not sure how the restaurant can plan for such a loud event in such a small place with families coming up for a stay. As a platinum member, I left with a bad experience and other places could have offered better value + loyalty benefits. Definitely will avoid this place on the next visit.

My coworkers and I wanted something quick for dinner so we decided to dine here. I was genuinely surprised that it was good. It's located inside the hotel and it faces the waterfront view which was nice. Now onto the food, the truffle fries were so good. I love thin fries and the truffle made it more delicious. I also ordered Karl the fog cocktail and that was refreshing. The burger was standard and their salad had this interesting dressing. It was citrusy and refreshing, but they can cut back on the sugar. It was citrusy but a tad sweet for my liking. Nonetheless, I was satisfied with my dinner. Definitely would return for the truffle fries.

Gold Elite... The level of service throughout my stay was outstanding. The staff was not only attentive but also went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met promptly and with a genuine smile. Whether I needed assistance with room service, travel arrangements, or general inquiries, the Marriott team was consistently helpful and accommodating.

Make the reservation using my Chase Marriott card, unfortunately I forgot to bring my Chase Marriott card on checked in, they ask me to provide other card for incidental and told me I can switch card later, they forgot to mention it's has to be a physical card. I did not authorize them to charge my reservation to the card I provided for incidental. I'm very dissapointed with both the hotel management and Bonvoy customer service for refusing to charge the reservation using the Credit card I used to make the reservation. Their front desk terminal can't even accept apple pay or tap to pay. This is is a 3 nights 2 rooms reservations. Do better.

Overall the AC Hotel experience has been okay. I was not impressed with the chef in the restaurant who doesn’t know the difference between well done and rare hamburgers or the advertised “heated” indoor pool. (The staff was not aware that their website states they have a heated pool) and the pool is not heated and was the deciding factor in our booking. What a disappointment on a 7 day stay with kids….I did enjoy the walking path around the bay across the street. I was able to get in all my steps.I am lifetime Titanium Elite status and will likely not return to this hotel after this stay.

My family and I were staying at a room when the toilet got stuck and couldn't flush. We had just told the front desk and asked for it to be fixed in the morning. Later in the afternoon we came back and the toilet was still stuck so we asked the front desk again and let them know. They then proceeded to move us to a room on the other side of the hotel when we were just ready to sleep. We had to walk through the very confusing hallways multiple times to move all of our stuff to our other room. The new room looked like it was just occupied with the sheets wrinkled and old towels. The staff's type of language implied that they didn't really care about our condition and even sounded sarcastic. The worst part is that the old room had the hotel view and cost more money and the new room had the train view. The nights were very noisy because of the train and we had a hard time sleeping. The funny thing is that the staff were extremely strict about the different views and how they cost more money. This kind of treatment toward customers is ridiculous and is not worth spending the time and effort to stay in this hotel. Would not recomend.
