I used to go to Carl's Jr. at 110 Hicckey Blvd. in So. S.F. long ago. It was good back in 2001 I never had a complaint to make. Now 3/26/23 it's not the same. Whoever is the new owner is CHEAP! Thin meat patties. The meat was burnt and tasted old. I was sick that night with this old meat. Horrible I'll never go back to give my money to this cheap owner. I ordered a double cheeseburger. The meat was thin, old and burnt with only one piece of cheese. To the new owner. YOU NEED TO STEP UP AND BE BETTER IN GIVING OUT BETTER HAMBURGERS TO PEOPLE. YOU ALSO NEED TO HIRE CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE WHO KNOW HOW TO SPEAK CLEAR ENGISH.

The Big Carl was missing the signature 1000 island dressing that makes it like the big mac as I've seen commercials for now. But the other ingredients were high quality for what it did have.

used to be good. not sure what happened. ordered a number 1 with coke off the broiler. most Carl's Jr I go to the meat sits around( just like this one does) she can scream it fresh all the time but when you bite into it and it doesn't get all over your face( because the juicy burger is now a dried up piece of meat with NO juice) and it was up in less than 2 minutes, plus the coke I ordered was a cup filled with the most ice I have ever had in a coke! and no fries. I said I ordered the number one she says " you didn't say combo" we you know what I say "one less shitty carls jr to eat at."

Spent $50 on 2 spicy chicken sandwiches and two California style burgers and 4 crinkle fries and six chicken strips. Me or my kids didn't like any of it. The chicken sandwich had no flavor to it. The hamburger was just as plain. I will never go back to Carl's Jr. I don't know if it's just this location but I refuse to go back to any.

The food was tasty but it was not what we ordered. The lady running register couldn't understand us, and we had to repeat ourselves multiple times, and we STILL got the wrong food.
It's been awhile I've been to a Carl's Jr I've been disappointed with the ones up in Sacramento but I'll tell you this one right here I came by I ordered a double cheeseburger they made it to order and they cooked it as I wait in line didn't have to wait long it was worth the wait it was delicious the way I liked it the onion rings on point as always and to drink great as usual the chicken stars were tasty I can't say anything more but this place really is really good...Vegetarian options: They serve impossible meats

i went to the drive-thru at carl jr at el camino & hickey & got 2 super star burgers to go. they were both awful with the smallest meat patties i've ever seen. there was more lettuce & tomatoes than meat in this burger. if this is the way carl jr is going to be, i won't be coming here anymore. this is the worse.

Got an email for a free sandwich with purchase. Tried ordering online. Turns out they don’t accept online orders. So I CALLED the restaurant and was told they will accept my email. Drove over to have my request denied, even though I just confirmed on the phone. Not to mention, when did it get so expensive there? I can eat at an actual sit down restaurant for the same price. I can’t recommend. One star.

I always liked Carl's Jr growing up and this one is always A LOT better than the other Carl's JR by the DMV in Daly City. They don't mark up the prices ridiculously... The new Primal burger is $7.99 here while the other one by the DC DMV charged me $17.89...
