I've been coming here for years as I work nearby and it's one of very few dining spots in this area. The space is quite large and is great for hosting events. In the day time, the cafe and main dining area are open. In the afternoon/early evening, the other side opens which features a small bowling area with 2 lanes, a pool table, bar area with tables, and outdoor patio. Cafe - I highly recommend the lavender latte! This is hands down my favorite coffee from F&L. The cafe area has plenty of seating and plugs, so it's great for catching up in-person or working remotely on your laptop. The cafe also offers juices, pastries, Boichik bagels and breakfast burritos. Lunch - I don't have lunch regularly here but have enjoyed the fried chicken plate and BLT, which I believe are occasional specials. The F&L burger is also decent. Happy Hour - I like their crispy brussels and fries the best, but the lumpia is also good and surprisingly authentic!

I've hosted work events and attended vendor sponsored events here and they've been okay. The food is on par to work cafeteria food and the drinks are watered down. I wouldn't recommend coming here on your own dime since service is a hit or miss. Bartenders aren't interested in taking drink orders if they're chatting it up with their friends. Overall okay to place to hang out after work if you're in the area.

Fun place but closing at 7pm is really too early. A lot of people just getting off work at that time. Extend the hours it would be perfect.

A nice social gathering spot for those in the Oyster Point medical community. Amenities include restaurant, including pizza oven, local beers, mini bowling alley and pool table. Note that this place gets really busy in the early evening, so book a table if you can/need to. Otherwise just take your chance and make a new friend. Friendly service and great food/beers to be had. A great way to wind down on those busy work days
I liked F&L before and always got smth to eat there on Friday..but recently it's been totally unacceptable. Two times I tried ordering the new chicken bacon wrap and two times I got souvlaki wrap that I don't like instead. First time ordering online, so no verbal miscommunication could happen..Second time, noticed that I was charged 1$ more which corresponds to the souvlaki wrap price, so I brought up that I actually want chicken bacon and under no circumstance souvlaki...I was assured that change is underway. Got my order, went away to eat...to find out souvlaki inside ??

our first time taking our lunch break from work sonce we just moved our office location near oyster point and found this nice and cozy restaurant indide an office building with relaxing ambiance, nice and friendly staff, clean and neat and good food !! we'll be back for sure!!!

Went there to watch the Niners play a Monday night game. The service was great and the food was good. They would not turn up the volume on the game which ruined it for us. They said they weren't a "sports bar". However there's two lanes of bowling going on behind us. Ridiculous.

The ambiance is great, the staff is wonderful. The manager is great and has a great attitude regarding constructive feedback. I love their bar/lounge area. I wish F&L had more vegan options or chef being open to making substitutes for people with dietary restrictions. Including cut fruits as an option for salads would be wonderful as well. Thanks
