Monday, April 1, 2023, I watched an employee deliberately cough into an empty fry bag while laughing and fill it French fries before calling my order number. Management on Tuesday, said they have cameras and will review the video. On Thursday, the GM, Nick, said he instead asked the entire staff and no one saw anything. When asked why he didn’t check the video he said: “I must get the IP from corporate office”. (IP from corporate? Really?)I hate to think that he thinks that I don’t know much and is willing cover up the act while putting everyone in the restaurant “On notice”. He was not in any way disrespectful or impatient or gaslighting me but I cannot get over nor let go seeing how easily that boy was able to contaminate my food and call my order like it was nothing.

Great food! We enjoyed the fried chicken immensely, as well as the Spaghetti. The Pineapple Quencher drink is also very, very good. We finished with the delicious Peach Mango pie. Terrific and friendly service from staff. Highly recommended!

Ordered 2 chicken tender meals, 1 spicy sandwich, and a 2 piece w/palabok. It took over 20 minutes. My issue is that I heard to orders with numbers higher than ours get called. In addition the person taking our order seemed like he was bothered by us.
