Been driving around South San Francisco and saw this little prehistoric building called Speedy's. Little Lucca's is right across the street and that building is smaller but has the best sandwiches in the Bay Area. Decided to give Speedy's a try after seeing the most recent Yelp reviews. Let's start off with the balding, failed Goodfella's/Car insurance fraud gangster working the window. Super disrespectful and rude as hell. Half the people in the reviews are calling it a "great hole in the wall" food spot. I know frozen pizza when I taste it. I could see behind the guy there was frozen pizzas right behind him on the counter wrapped in vacuumed plastic. My wife wanted to try the Alfredo pasta and you can tell from all the water in the sauce that it was freshly microwaved. We ordered the small combo pizza, Alfredo pasta and fried Oreos and it totaled $51. Stop lying in your reviews and speak the truth. The pizza is a lot cheaper at 7/11 and it taste the same. You can buy their microwaveable pasta at Safeway or any grocery store. Only reason I gave it two stars is the Coke they gave us was cold. Hard pass

Don't knock it until you try it! This place is legit hole in the wall & their food quality is superb. We ordered their big sliced, philly cheese fries, and garlic bread. They made everything fresh which I appreciate. Definitely a good spot in south city.

The appetizers are yummy! The menu varies from sandwiches, burgers to hot dogs and pizza! I love the pepperoni pizza & chef salad! The wings are a must!

I had Speedy's pizza for the first time recently at a community event and I can't believe I haven't tried it before!! The pizza is super fresh and you can tell you use high quality ingredients. I also love how this local family owned business gives back to the community!! Next time you're in South San Francisco definitely give them a try!!

I love their pizza! They've been across the street from my high school for my whole life! And such a cute building! I love that they have kept the building and how we can drive up order hahaha! Their fried Oreos and hotdogs are fire!!!

I had their veggie pizza with no cheese and deep fried Oreos and it was amazing!!! Very vegan friendly and accommodating with dietary differences. Those were the best deep fried Oreos I've ever had, but I've only had it two other times lol. If you're in South San Francisco, you should stop by as it's conveniently on El Camino Real, right across from the famous Little Lucca's sandwiches. They're community based too as they've donated to local events causes too. I love speedy's pizza!!!

The staff and family over at Speedys are SO kind and hospitable. Food is tasty, service is "speedy", staff is accommodating, and prices are reasonable. If those weren't enough reasons to patronize this business, they have a drive-up and walk-up window, so pick up couldn't be easier. There's no inside seating; however, there is a small seating area outside in front of the establishment. 10/10 would recommend!
