This place also does not accept coupons. The whole reason I went to a subway today was because I received a coupon in the mail. I hate this place.

If I could give the service the worst rating in the beasties I would so me and my wife come in to do dinner and have some good food but it was far from that first off the employee that was making the food today at 6pm has no customer skills what so ever and looks like he hated his job secondly treat us with respect like we treated you instead he gave us attitude the whole time first my wife then me I'm normally a calm person but this guy struck a nerve and I yelled at him he deserved it and I've been to many subway never once been charged double for mayonnaise everyone I've went to said it complimentary either you should Train him how to treat people qith respect or get new workers I say do the later of the two he is not trainable then when I pay he puts the receipt in my face and says see see I didn't charge you. Remember I'm the customer we are the reason you have a job you need to treat us with respect know if I give you attitude then hey I deserve it but we were very nice to this guy all the way up to the end and all he did was treat us like we were bothering him while he was on a call.

We ordered breakfast sandwiches. Cheese & egg sandwich was fine, BUT the foot long steak & cheese & eggs on wheat. My friend noticed that the meat didn't taste OR smell right. I took nearly half before I noticed it bothered me a bit. Most likely, meat was old not fresh this morning.

This subway is fairly small, but the food was still pretty good, and it seemed quite fresh. I wouldn't expect to be able to have a seat, though, as there weren't many tables.

One of the worker from india has a very bad attitude. Horrible just horrible! Cant even fix a sandwich right and mean mug people. I think this guy needs serious help. Bad service too can't even fix a sandwich right when you explain what you want on your sandwich smh.

Good sandwiches and the vegetable is fresh. Staffs were super friendly and the place was kept clean.

The quantity of protein/vegetables is significantly lesser than what other subways give you. And their toaster breaks down very often. To add to that, if you go in store to order, the prices charged are never the same as what's printed on the menu board. It's always 20%-30% more, before tip/tax. The employees just say "whatever" on pointing it out.For this specific subway, it's always better to order online to avoid to extra mystery charge.

I’ve never had to fight for vegetables on a subway sandwich ever. This is the sandwich after asking for extra spinach and lettuce 3 times each and giving me a hard time. Who cheaps out on lettuce? Now you might wonder, where’s the protein? This was one of the new rotisserie chicken sandwiches. I thought they made a mistake, but then after digging through the ingredients I realized the rotisserie chicken was also done by the person who did the lettuce. Oh also like the other person mentioned, this was a $12 sandwich

What happened $12 for a foot Long now way to expensive

Would not allow a three year old to use the bathroom.

They don't let anyone use their bathroom even though there's nothing wrong with it I won't go back

This restaurant might be a little smaller, but it is a great spot to satisfy your sandwich cravings.

I went to this subway on grand ave today as it was close by. Didn't get the name of the subway employee but I asked for a foot long tuna sandwich. He then asks me what size...ok maybe the mask had something to do with not hearing the footlong part.. we chose spinach over the lettuce for the sandwich. I can almost count the leafs of spinach that he intitially put. I asked if we can have a little more spinach he literally put 2 more leafs. When it came time to cut the sandwich in half. I think he couldn't eyeball half to save his life.. I said you didn't even cut in the middle. He said the bread is not exactly a foot... I was just so shocked and pretty much gave up. I said ok whatever.. didnt make any sense to me. Half is half. I should have taken a picture of it. I do not recommend going to this particular subway location. Spend your money elsewhere. The Asian lady working there was nice though.
