In contrast to the very poor experience at the location at 1000 King Drive, this location hidden inside a gas station on Westborough exceeded our expectations. First thing we noticed upon entering is this place is super CLEAN. From the tables, counter, ingredients containers, drink station. Even the bathroom which is unlocked on honor system. Impressively clean. There are also large windows with ample sunlight which makes for a very pleasant place to stop and enjoy your sandwich for a while. Granted, the seating area is small with only about 4-5 tables but if they’re empty, go ahead and make yourself comfy! Frank was behind the counter and he immediately greeted us and said he’d be with us shortly as he was currently finishing an order. That right there already goes above and beyond. He said he honored paper coupons as well and had no problem redeeming our BOGO. He made both our sandwiches perfectly and very neat, also gave us a tray to dine in. This is what you call great customer service. Frank, keep up the excellent work and thank you for a nice lunch experience! Other Subways, take note. This location sets the bar high.

Please advise your worker to read the survey coupon code, i was given a hard time by your worker (lady) about it and she did not follow or want to accept it..survey said i get 2 cookies or drink, she did not want to give me the drink and she kept on insisting 1 cookie instead of two..and finally upon arguing about it she only gave me 1 cookie... that is not right... it is not right to beg for that. Bad customer service...embarrassing as well... BAD CUSTOMER service

Best subway on this side of the hemisphere, Melissa is so nice and a great worker from the looks of it! I think she deserves a cookie, only one tho.

Do not go here if you want decent customer service or a "fresh" sub.1) Ordered a Turkey sub. She definitely gave me less meat than I normally get (I always get the same sandwich everywhere and it was obvious). Unlike the way they neatly stack, she sort to threw the meat on there a bit sloppily. She looked at it like she pretended to count how much and was going to put more and said it'll be an extra charge. I told her I didn't want the extra meat and forgo'd it. 2) Then we get to my veges. I asked for everything on it because that's my normal go-to. I had to ask the lady to put on things she left out multiple times (and she barely put enough to cover the whole sub). I alps realized that most of the veges were freezer-burnt or just frozen (pics below).3) The second lady seemed rather annoyed and honestly was rather rude in how she talked to me. Once I got rung up for my $12 sub, which was somewhat ripped on the top (not a big deal, it happens), she moved on and didn't even hand me the sub. I had to reach over to get it. Nor did she hand me the receipt. I've worked in customer service (Target, gas stations, Stewart's--which also has a sandwich bar, food carts, etc) a lot so I understand it's not a fun job but I'd never treat my customers like a nuisance...nor eye roll at them. Won't be coming here again

Precalled this Subway because in past, coupons were not accepted. We ordered Steak no cheese, meatball n cheese,and Italian BMT. Toasted and tasty and to go. Tonight, plenty of parking but cold evening. Employees could be friendly but no one wants to work Monday slow evening.

This review is for online ordering. They accidentally gave away our sandwiches to another person. When we arrived, they remade our order right away, but totally got the order wrong, and barely put on any veggies. They obviously did not follow the order that came in through the app. It was the dinkiest sandwich I've had from any Subway. Not doing online orders from this location again.

I ordered a beef sandwich and got something that looked like it was for my dog. Very little beef lots of lettuce and tomato the cost was prohibitive for a 12" sandwich. Never again get my business

Customer service at this location is horrible. Came in with a coupon for a 5.99 6-inch meal. I asked ahead of time which sandwich was covered and was told everything on white section so i ordered chicken and bacon ranch. The supervisor tried to put in coupon and didnt want to honor it and give me the deal because she said it wasnt covered. She seemed so annoyed and didnt want to do it. So frustrating and rude of her to say yes at first then act like it was a major burden to honor it. Don't eat here.

Very disappointed with this Subway! $7.89 for 2 pieces of roast beef. Last time I came here, I got more for my buck. I even asked if I can have a bit more meat and the server said she would charge me extra!!! They ran out of avocado, too. This Subway needs to be better. The orders in front of me got a lot more meat. My son will probably be hungry after eating this!!!

This location not a good place for sandwiches. When i ordered my footlong, the lady behind the counter was on her phone, wearing plastic gloves. When she took my order, she didn't change the gloves, but went on to process the sandwich. I wanted to say something, but didn't. My bad. Next time, I'll say please change your gloves. Needless to say, i got the footlong. Kept it for a day, then threw it away. Wasted day and wasted night.

I was a bit hesitant to go to this subway since it had a bad review in general, but actually the service is great. Everything is clean and the veggies are moderately fresh. *They don't really do sub of the day tho :(

Two employees both had their masks down exposing half of their faces. There was one who touched her nose after she was done with my order. I asked her that she change her gloves before she serves the customer after me. She went to the back room and I assume she did just that -- okay that's good, thank you. But then this other employee had her head up her a** and answered me with "well it keeps coming (slipping) down" when I had kindly asked her to put her mask up in such a way that it covers her nose and mouth. What kind of response is that?! Besides that, I find that these employees are quite aloof. I'm not asking for top notch customer service, they are only receiving minimum wage but cmon. -_____-
