4 stars because of the pho. Thai tea is not as sweet to my liking but not bad. Grilled chicken banh mi was dry, needed more sauce or something. The pho was amazing tho and pretty big for the price. A new go to spot? No but if I’m ever in the area and hungry, maybe.

Banh Mi sandwich!! We ordered the Pork Banh Mi & Beef Banh Mi and wasn't that good at all.. We threw it away and didn't finish it all.. Overpriced for something that wasn't even good!! How can I get a refund??

Came in aeound 4pm and ordered 6 Banh Mi #1 and a Thai tea. Clean establishment with friendly owners/staff. Each sandwhich was individually wrapped and placed in its own paper bag with napkins. They also placed little packets of Sriracha I'm the bag as well. Good amount of meats and ingredients in a typical bahn mi. I kind if wish the pickled veggies were less sweet, but overall a good banh mi. The Thai tea was perfect though...not too sweet

I have went to this place like a solid 6 times this place is amazing with amazing thai tea and boba 100% recommended the service is amazing the lady that I always see is super nice I never tried any sandwiches or anything else but the boba and drinks are amazing ??? and also it’s great to help small business

I came here today and ordered a tropical fruit tea, which is really good but a little on the sweet side (I add water to mine). It took them like 25-30 minutes to get my drink to me. I asked the cashier about my drink and she just looked at the other lady. Never said anything to me nor apologized for the delay. Was pretty annoyed. A co-worker walked in 10-15 minutes after I ordered and his order was given to him within minutes because they had spring rolls that were prepared in advance, which could be bad depending on how far in advance they were prepared. All in all, I'm disappointed. Not the first time I've been here but it makes me want to make it my last. I gave two stars because of this occurrence as well as the other times I've come.I've tried their spring rolls, which are not bad but I'm not too fond of the pickled daikon and carrot. I would prefer the original style, but their peanut sauce is one of the best I've tried. Also tried their grilled pork banh mi, which was loaded with meat, but I didn't think it was all that good. It was okay. The pickled daikon and carrot barely had any flavor. I also paid for extra veggies and didn't receive extra veggies.One thing to note is they do not have AC. If you come on a hot day. You will be sweating. I did want to note that other times I've come, service was fast. However, 25 mins for one drink is unacceptable.

That was an impressive sandwich! Ordered a B9, Banh Mi meat and cheese with extra meat and an egg. Delicious sandwich with juicy flavor and runny yolk just how I like it. Definitely will be back.Kinda warm in the place but I got it to go so..
I’ve been to more Vietnamese restaurants than I can count. This has been one of the worst places by far. I enjoyed the service and the Thai tea but the food was not good. The meat is very bland and dry. The pickled carrots were also bland. The banh mi sandwich had no pate in it (and if it did, they put very little and it had no flavor). I wanted to like this place but I have to give my honest opinion. Their food is BLAND. Just go to Cafe Aroma in Manteca or Huong Lan in Stockton.
Pretty fast but normal good tasting food. The service is fast and they are nice. In rush hour they are also fast. I got chicken BANH mi and it's 4/5

Came here for lunch and got some rolls and banh mi sandwich, wanted to try the pho special but didn't have enough time to eat it just wanted to grab and go, the banh mi was not your traditional banh mi taste not the authentic taste but maybe it's just me, just looking for that taste and it wasn't there my go to spot is than thanh sandwiches, overall it was ok, I also got the chicken rolls and was tasty ok to but I'll be back for the pho, service was good phone in order was ready fast, store front was nice and clean located in down town, stockto is trying to revive down town. Off streeet parking try it if your in the area.

Wow, only 17 people wrote reviews for this place? It's a hit and so many people comes here especially during the weekday s.I've been here about 3-4 times since they opened. It's far from my location and parking is not so great.I tried their special combo banh mi, pork+chicken banh mi and now their pork meatballs banh mi. They are all delicious. Next time I'll need to try their other ones minus the veggie & egg one.I also tried a few different drinks. Also got their matcha w/red bean one. I love them all!I think there are only 3 people working and they are all very nice.It's a very small location and there are only 2 tables so eating there will be difficult when it's busy. They have other food like rice plate and Phở.I highly recommend everyone to go support this business.Good food, good services so it's a MUST visit.
