The Delta Bistro is the reason to stay at the Waterfront Plaza. The menu is varied and the food is well prepared, particularly the prime rib on Thursdays. The service from Kris and Ray at the bar is great.

Tried this place for the first time and I was very impressed. Probably the best clam chowder I've ever had. Very clean and nice restaurant and wonderful. friendly service. Will be back!

We came to the bar for a drink before a concert at the arena. It is a great location, right next-door to grab food or drink before. The bar is large and they have ample outdoor seating as well. We did not eat but you can’t go wrong with a blue moon.

Pleasantly surprised! Stayed at the University Plaza while on a work trip and my group decided we’d eat in as the weather was so terrible. I got the chopped steak that was smothered in mushroom gravy with a side of mashed potatoes and broccoli. This was $19 and it was absolutely delicious! Even came with a salad! Other people in the group got the shrimp and scallops and the fettuccine Alfredo. Everything was really good and fairly priced. The wait staff was very nice and professional. I would definitely come back here! The venue is really pretty too. Large windows overlooking a green outdoor area right next to the water, upscale feel. I heard they were having staffing issues and the restaurant was even closed on Monday 3/27 because of it. If you’re in the area, consider trying them out!

Great place to come have a good drink and food. bartender kris, he sure knows how to make his drinks and keep customers entertained, best bar tender in town!. Food is always delicious! It's never a disappointment. If your in town want to get a good drink and some delicious food stop by you won't be disappointed.

The food here is very good. We had the salmon and a ribeye. Other than the steak was over cooked, it was good. The artichoke appetizer was also very good. Excellent drinks and service. Very convenient to Stockton Arena.

The service was amazing, the restaurant was very clean and had a great ambiance to it. The parking isn't great and they also have an extremely small menus now that Covid hit they only have a couple of dishes to choose from. But the food they do have was really fresh and portions were good and price was suited for what you ordered. We had 7 people in our party so we ordered a variety of the dishes that they had available. Everyone enjoyed their meal plus desert. One thing is they fro not have a kids menu now but my daughter ordered the chicken strips and fry's.
