As a wedding planner, I have pretty high standards.Fizz has been on our preferred vendor list for years now and Tiffany is such a pleasure to work with!Not every bakery is great on the pre-planning side of things, but Tiffany is responsive, flexible, super friendly, and everything we've had from her is delicious!They can create pretty much any design, and are great at placing florals on wedding cakes. She even travels with silk flowers as a back up, just in case something went wrong with the florist.She's always on time, and even offers some cake stands for rent when needed. 5 stars!

Tiffany and her crew are doing amazing, amazing work.I brought in an idea for a kids Spider-Man birthday cake two weeks before the cake was needed. The timeline was going to be a little tight for the type of cake I wanted but Tiffany was straightforward and upfront about what she could create for us since they were so busy with other orders.When I say I screamed when I walked into her shop and saw the cake, I mean it! This cake exceeded all my expectations design wise. She managed to add things I didn't think were going to be able to be done. I am so impressed by the way this cake looks but also just completely blown away that it was delicious and moist. Please come to Fizz Bakery for whatever needs you have.

So disappointed in this bakery. My wife and I booked a Mother's Day cake about a month in advance. No issues, pre-paid, bought a bunch of $4 cookies (each) and went on our merry way, with instructions to return on the Saturday before Mother's Day...fine.As instructed, we swing in around 12:30 - 1pm, on Saturday. Nothing was ready. Nothing. The people said they like the cake to be the "freshest" possible and instructed they would call us when it was ready. They also added we could come back at 4. Now, I didn't even bother to look at their hours. Who would tell a customer to come back at the very minute they close.We never got one call. We got there at 4:10 and it was a ghost town. We were there and that cake wasn't done. No phone call...nothing. My wife is thoroughly crestfallen. All she has heard was nothing but good about this place and the ONE time we do something for her she is let down completely. I certainly "hope" the freshness was worth telling us, 3 hours from closing time, that we didn't have a cake. Now, with no phone call, we have no cake for tomorrow. What a waste.Oh, by the way, we will be back for our $58.00...

Easy 5 stars for Fizz! Everyone who works here is kind and helpful. We've tried their cupcakes, cookies, scones, and other treats and everything is consistently delicious. They've also baked several sets of birthday cupcakes for us and each time, our guests rave about how yummy there are. We recently had a Wednesday theme party and I requested black and white cupcakes, so they made half chocolate, half vanilla/oreo with vanilla buttercream + whipped cream + Oreo. I bought spiderweb cupcake wrappers and made cupcake toppers and they were kind enough to add them as decorations for me. I was able to order 2 dozen cupcakes two days before the party without issue. For cakes, definitely order ahead of time (6-8 weeks).

The owner, Tiffany, was amazing. I needed an Alice in Wonderland cake for our daughter's wedding shower. I showed Tiffany a picture of my idea. She was able to run with it and make it so much better. It was perfect. The top was Rice Krispies. The middle layer was gluten free carrot cake. The bottom was yellow cake with chocolate mousse filling. It was delicious, and super moist. I was thrilled with the results. So was our daughter. Tiffany went above and beyond. I can't recommend her and her bakery enough.
This bakery is way too busy to accommodate to your order. I also ordered their cupcakes and aside from too overpriced and doesn't taste good.

You can never go wrong ordering from Fizz Bakery, everything made us worth getting. Prices are amazing. Gluten free cakes she makes tastes so good you can't tell it's gluten free. Walk-in variety of premade goodies are fresh and delicious, cookies, scones, turnovers and cupcakes..yum yum

I also ordered a naked cake that wasn't as I expected...wasn't a** pretty as I thought it'd be n cake wasn't as moist as the cupcakes, but it we still good to eat. I’m only rating them based on my experience with their wedding cakes- tasting. They were very generous to give us a box and fillings and they looked delicious that we could not wait to taste. It was beyond disappointing for what we were going to get charged (2 layer wedding cake $800). The bread crumbles and breaks really easily and they had no flavor whatsoever. The fillings were extremely artificial tasting that we couldn’t justify spending $800 on a cake that was not good at all. We went to Nolands bakery in Dublin instead and if you’re looking for wedding cakes I would definitely not recommend fizz bakery if you’re looking to satisfy your guests.
