Horrible location. I didnt want to rate it bc everyone needs jobs. They do their horrible. They r always on break,the food takes forever and half of them have attitudes. After waiting so long the food is still always cold. This location needs to be shut down or the whole crew replaced. I don't understand how a whole crew takes breaks and lunches at the same time. Its ridiculous and a waste of time and energy

Worst jack in the box I've ever been too... I heard they had the best fries in town according to a friend so I was in the area dropped in with my girlfriend and son to grab a bite to eat wish I had never stopped not only were they not the best fries in town they were over cooked so bad they were hard and inedible needles to say I'll never go back there to eat plenty of other food options in the area

Can't rate anything ...they closed as 12 cars were in line on New Years at 2:30 am for their dinner break!!!! .....we all had to back out the drive thru and leave ! Never have I ever heard of such nonsense!!!WE went back one exit on the freeway and were served at the other JIB .....no "dinner" closure there!!!!Unbelievable!!!

They took too long to respond to us at the drive thru menu and took a long time to get orders out. A young lady answer then never respond but a gentleman took her place and finished taking my husband's order. Seems like there needs to be just a bit more reliable customer service. The gentleman though was very helpful and kind.

This place sucks. It's not what it used to be. The prices have gone up, and the attitudes are not great. I went there in the afternoon, and they were really rude. No “hello” or “thank you”. It's all bratty teens who are ghetto and one manager who doesn’t care. I'm never coming back, and I already told my conversion therapy group not to come here!!?

My only issue with the jumbo Jack that I got is that they put one little tiny pickle and a couple strings of onions and lettuce was the inner most bitter portion. They need to make their burgers the way they are shown on the commercials.Wheelchair accessibility: Both interests have wheelchair accessibility
I really don't understand why they would take ONE HOUR lunches every night from 2am to 3am. This is the time people get out the bars or people that work at bars get off work at this time. They're missing out on money..

Worst service ever. I got onion rings instead of chicken nuggets. Got regular hamburger instead of a big double burger. Then they didn’t even fix the error right. They didn’t want to answer the door even though I was an older women.

This area is a more upscale area in Stockton however this establishment employs some that have certainly not been developed in customer service and hygiene. Every one that handles food of required to take a food handling course. I went there and have gone there several times and the workers are wearing gloves touching food and the floor and their hair. NO! That is not acceptable when you are handling food you should change your gloves when you go in the office as my server did on my visit and the manager s as well, she was fixing her headset with gloves on and coming back to the window. PICKING CUPS OFF THE FLOOR and placing them on the counter. I would not go there again. I know it’s quick but that’s just nasty. I will be reporting them to the health department. And then the girl because that’s what she acted like proceeds to argue with me about her lack of hygiene in a restaurant. She needs training or get a job where you are not handling food. Here of the problem, we want people working and paid higher wages but they are not qualified nor trained. Education is important no matter your job some things are just necessary to society.
