Very unprofessional employee I think her name was kamon or kamryn she gave my boyfriend a free cookie and left a note on a piece of paper with her phone number telling him to call her. Honestly disgusting behavior to engage in while on the job. Especially after he had to go back in there because they messed up one of our bagels and forgot another. Noah’s bagels obviously has not trained their employees on proper costumer service.

First time here I ordered a turkey avocado club, the tomato spread was too light so it was pretty dry. Also the employee that took my order didn’t seem like he enjoyed his job at all, not very welcoming. The outdoor seating is nice

In the past Noah's has been great. Today the service was so so, there was lots of visiting going on instead of attending to customers, hardly any cream cheese on our sandwiches. The store looks run down, lots of empty space, no where to sit inside. Just not impressed anymore.

I always order bagels here from this location and never ever in 8 years that I been buying them they will have almost nothing of strawberry cream cheese on it they spread cream cheese like if they don’t have no more to completed and when I went to tell them they said that that’s the standard spread they do on bagels and I’m like no this is the first time I got a bagel like this and they didn’t care they just said have a good day how you can have a good day when your day starts like this ?

This place has suffered greatly since the last manager left during the pandemic. It is consistently filthy and often times the coolers are not stocked or simply not working. Garbage cans are often over flowing, with other garbage pushed to the sides of the floor and counters, floors not cleaned. The lines are normally obscenely long. Luckily a new bagel joint is opening soon on March Lane...just in the Knick of time. I am very surprised that the management of Lincoln Center has not stepped in yet. This is certainly below their standards.

I haven't been here in about a year and it has gone so far downhill. It's dirty, doesn't smell like fresh baked bagels (weird). There is a worker whose hair is so long, that when she turns around her hair brushes over the counter where the food is prepared, over the food itself and over the dishes used for cooking the eggs, etc.... There is another lady to the right of her with long flowing hair, just not long enough to brush over the food. My complaint is.... WHERE ARE THE HAIR NETS?! Where are the basic hygiene standards? If Noah's Bagels doesn't even care to enforce a simple hygiene safety measure like -no hair in the food, I can't imagine what their back kitchen looks like. Needless to say, we left. We will not be coming back here.

Love the people who work here, super friendly. Get there early, before 11am before most breads run out of stock

First the reason why this has earned two stars instead of the well deserved one. Although they cost more, while getting smaller, the bagels still taste good.. This weekend the line was long, i can understand that can happen, however moving people through quicker should be a higher focus of the manager. After about 20 minutes of waiting got to place my order, which was just for a simple two dozen bagels. It was half past noon and the cashier (nice kid) turned to the manager asking if the order could be accepted. The manager (did not get her name) approached like I was a trouble maker. She said you know out of courtesy to future customers I can only order one dozen. Note there were plenty of bagels on the trays. I negotiated 1-1/2 dozen, the manager told the kid something to the effect of "see that's how you deal with a cutomer" than turned away to do some busy work. I can tell you the cashier was excellent (attempting to make me feel better) while the manager was 100% insulting. I decided to back the order to one dozen and left quietly and annoyed. The poor manager customer experience had me upset enough to post this negative review. One more note, I've purchased well over 1,000 bagels from Noah's over 20+ years and this is my 2nd negative Yelp review, the other was for an insulting manager in Fremont. Then the Yelp comment back to me from Noah's was a recommendation that they will work to win back my business. Nothing was done there, I'm curious now what will be the response from Stockton...

Brian, helped us out, he made our ordering simple, but one of the other worker's was commenting on his "Chicken scratch", Heck, my bride and I appreciated his help, 20 minutes before closing.
Great always try to go there when at Shasta Lake. Best Bagels in Redding by far. Which they where open on Mondays because that always seems when I'm on my way home.

Got this thing where you have to wait for a employee to hand you your pick up. And I knew I was 7min early but saw my order sitting there and waited the whole 7 min for a employee to hand it to me because I couldn't grab it myself. Hahah I get the system but shoot it is a waste of time

Two things are always true at the Stockton Noah's location:1. The wait to place your order is obscenely long, no matter what time of day, day of week, year, etc. If you see a long line, hope you have no plans for the next hour. Most recently I was second in line. Second. Took 20 minutes to order, because the guy in front of me had some issue and then someone doing an app pickup was taken by an employee to cut in front of me and was helped first by two employees, even though I had been waiting excessively long. Nobody acknowledged or apologized. By the time I could order, the line behind me was out the door. 2. There is always onion cross contamination in the cream cheeses. Specifically the strawberry. A bite of onion in my blueberry/strawberry bagel is not what I want to experience, but in Stockton it's a guaranteed experience. When I used to frequent a SF location for work, this never happened. I've been so tired of this onion experience I've started buying bagels and cream cheese separately and taking them home to assemble. Unfortunately the blueberry bagels the last few years are always overcooked, dark, dry, and go stale by evening no matter what.I miss having a delicious Noah's bagel experience. When well done, Noah's makes a blueberry bagel I seek out and will happily overpay for because they are soft, chewy, and absolutely delicious. Unfortunately Noah's Stockton in 2023 is none of these things. At least not for me.

The quality has gone down tremendously. They skimp on the schmear and burn their bagels often. They also do not allow you to customize your sandwiches on the app, you are stuck with whatever they give you. They now want you to wait in line for a mobile order, which defeats the purpose of a mobile order in my opinion. Will not be going back.
