I was greeted by a very friendly seating assistant who immediately took my order. She made some recommendations and I decided on the chicken friend rice and honey walnut shrimp. This was my first time in, so I wanted to start off slow. My food was ready pretty quickly and in a nice red reusable “Prosperity” bag. Nice touch, nice bag.The restaurant has a very welcoming atmosphere and decor. Very clean. You can tell the owner takes pride in her restaurant. The restaurant just recently earned a prestigious award for best Asian food in Stockton. After trying the food, I agree. The fried rice to me was perfectly made. The honey walnut shrimp didn’t have tons of mayo, the shrimp were huge, and there was enough for 2-3 people depending on how hungry you are.I’ll be going back, definitely worth the impromptu stop.Parking: Parking is located across the street from Costco, in the West Lane shopping area, so you’re sharing parking with all the other businesses there. Depending on the time of day determines if there is parking.

Prosperity Fried Rice, Prosperity Chow Mein, & Gen. Tso's Chicken is our favorite. We're looking forward to tasting more from their menu. The owner is a gracious, kind, & very personable woman. Thank you! ? We've ordered out, but we enjoyed the quiet lunches too.

Update! We tried the sushi for the first time last week and it was incredible. Sushi is new on the menu, lots of great options to choose from. The server who took our order was very helpful and nice. The sushi boat we ordered was SO big, such a great price for that much Sushi. My family loved it- will definitely return for another large party.

I'm waiting for my order so I can't comment on the food yet but I can comment on the customer service and how it looks and feels inside the restaurant. The lady who took my order and helped me decide what to order was very friendly. I was indecisive of course because I'm not sure what the food is like here as I haven't been here in a very long time. I'm not even sure if it's owned by the same people. I know when I came here last it was a holiday and the food was really good. Today it's also a holiday, it's Thanksgiving, I ordered shrimp fried rice, broccoli beef and orange chicken. The total for the order was crazy expensive in my opinion. $48. That seems like a very high amount of money for only 3 things. Maybe it's just been quite a while since I've been out for Chinese food and I'm not up on the prices these days. Once I have the food and can see how it tastes I'll update my review. Ok I'm home and the food has been sampled. I'm making my plate asap because this food is probably the best Chinese food I've ever had. It tastes fresh like it's made with good quality fresh vegetables and the meat is really tender without the extra fat. The rice tastes the best to me. It was so fresh and light. It wasn't oily or salty which is a huge plus to me. The shrimp was good too. Not fishy. I'm excited to get this again. In fact I'd be happy with just this in the future because the rice is filling and it has the veggies and meat in it. You really should try this place if you haven't. You'll be happy and wanting more. The one thing I have to say is the price is high. I guess you get what you pay for. But even if that's the case I think it still can be a bit cheaper. $48 for 3 dishes is too much for me to do again unless it's a special occasion. Enjoy...

Went with friends to have dinner to catch up with each other. The restaurant has an open space and was pretty empty and quiet when we were there. We ordered Stir Fried Lamb with Green Onions (very good if you like lamb), Chicken with Green Beans (okay but some green beans were a little bit "old"), and Spicy Eggplants w/ Tofu (we asked to make it not spicy; it was tasty, sweet and salty). We also wanted to order Fermented Water Spinach but were informed that they didn't have it (then why was it on the menu). Then we ordered Stir Fried A-Choy w/ Minced Garlic but was presented with Stir Fried Bok -Choy. When we pointed out that it was not a-choy, we were told that it tastes just like a-choy. Unfortunately for the server, my friends and I are Chinese and know the difference. If we had known that they were out of a-choy, we would've selected something else. But they didn't even give us that chance. In their defense, the server did say that she will take off the bok-choy from our tab and that we can still keep it if we want to. Since it's already there, we ate it. It was average. Would I come back here with my husband? Yes, I would give them another chance.

I ordered thru phone call and just came to pick up.The receptionist was nice and to-go package were clean and thoughtful care with hot stuff.I was suprise at the varieties of dishes that the restaurant offered. 1. house fried rice: 3/52. Intestine: 2.5/5 - not spicy and expect more tender3. Walnut shrimp: 4/5 - sweet and tasty with adding of the nuts, fresh with cabbage.4. Sweet and sour pork chop: 2/5- the sugar got froze under and the meat were so sweet, there nothing sour.5. Sliced beef in chili oil: 3.5/5 - if it was less oil, it would be super good.
