Lobby opens at 6am, even though it says open at 5:30. Staff is very rude & won’t help you. Terrible customer service. They must be so used to abuse homeless people give them they’ve grown insensitive to regular people on a tight schedule.

Friendly staff and very quick. Only downfall was all of the homeless outside and standing in the lobby where you pick up drinks.
One of the slower drive thru's of all the Starbucks. I have been to this one a few times and the line seems to always move slower than other starbucks. Everything else is the same though good service.The drive thru is on the crowded side, reason being the road/lane next to you is the bank teller drive thru. So it can get crowded and busy leaving people getting frustrated with one another, as sometimes the starbucks patrons block the road to the teller.

I'm not sure about the atmosphere on the inside but the lady that helped me at the window was extremely nice and my drink is perfect medicine ball two pumps of peppermint somehow they ran out of croissants and glazed donuts but it's okay the service was
