Food Service Ambiance !! Do not recommend this subway!!!!! Worker is very rude! Disrespectful! Very bad place too eat or order from! I suggest you do not come here!!!! I was told to be charged extra for dining in!!! Never in my life ever have too pay extra too sit and eat inside a dining area for Subway! I'm reporting this place too the community and ppl within living in the area. This must change. A lot of upset customers and family members!!!! This is ridiculous too the community. DO NOT EAT HERE OR DINE HERE !!!!!!!!!!

I came yesterday and a soon as I enter, I see a young man making a sandwich. I walk up to him and say hello. This guy straight up ignored me. Didn't even LOOK UP. I'm just standing there waiting for my order to be taken or for him to say "Hi sorry someone will be with you shortly " but nope. He has airpods in. Doesn't say a single word to me. Then, an older lady comes out of the back room and takes my order. Not much customer service skills from her either. Another customer comes in and he has to take her order. He doesn't even say "hi" to her either! No smiles. No "Anything else?". No, "Have a great day". This guy should not be working in the customer service field. He was so rude.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! I ordered 4 footlong sandwiches and 1 was made wrong. I don't live near here so I called for a refund and they refused. They said they can't give me an a refund for only 1 of the 3 sandwiches. So I asked them to give me a full refund and I would pay for the other 3 and they still refused saying I had to go all the way back the store! Do not go here because If your sandwich is made wrong you won't be able to get a refund! Ridiculous!!

Joseph had help me and my mother out, wasn't nice one bit, rolling eyes to everything we had to say/order. I felt rushed I didn't even order my sandwich all the way (going to put condiments on at home) my mom has a hearing problem and he kept mumbling and once we told him my mom has a hearing problem he just continued to roll eyes and ignored the fact. I asked another associate for help (Jeff) super nice and helpful, he acknowledged my mothers hearing problem looks her direction in the eyes and talked clearly. I sincerely thank you jeff for being kind and helpful and understanding and patient. Joseph if you don't like your job find another one.

These other comments...ppl are big mad haha. I had great service! The person doing my sandwich may or may not be the owner, but he was pleasant. My order was made correctly, delicious, and fast. The place was clean and well stocked. No issues here!

The guy not "Jose" but the other guy who looks just like him has a bad attitude. Also their prices have gone outrageous. I asked if they had the daily deals and they said they don't do that anymore. I guess inflation have them an excuse to jack the prices up and take away all the deals. The golden days of the $5 dollar footlong are long gone.

The worker Jose. Has the worst costumer service ever. He is so sarcastic when he talks to you and i came at 5pm and i ordered three footlongs of sweet onion chicken teriyaki and he said that there isnt enough chicken bc its the end of the week and they have no more. And apart from that i asked for my footlong toasted and he gave it to me all cold.

The mother F. who runs this Subway in the morning/afternoon can be very rude to his customers who keep him in business. He will talk down to his customer like he's talking to his child or to his employee. The customer doesn't have to clean up after himself. It's the staff's job to do the cleaning. I hope this S. Hole place goes out of business.
