Long drive through lines, they keep the dining area closed during business hours. Don’t even try asking for a receipt of your order! The lady at the first window said”you will get a receipt at the second window”. Then when we get to the second window the same lady had to check the kiosk and said that she can’t find it. Then they ask me to pull to the front and wait so she can look for it. It’s been over 30 minutes by this time.I parked and went to go inside to get my receipt and DURING BUSINESS HOURS ALL DOORS ARE LOCKED!!! Then after I got the attention from an employee sitting in the dining area she wanted my order information to see where my receipt is I didn’t want to explain this whole situation all over again. Then she comes back to say that they have no idea what I’m talking about. As I stood there confused, another young male employee came to me and said, “that the girl in the back can’t find it and that she has so many things she needs to look through and it takes a minute to get it.” Check out the video, it’s proof all I was asking for was my receipt!!I never received my

If I could ZERO star I would but here, I have to say 1 star for the food, but the service was bad. I almost got charge for someone order. Best believe I order 3 item on deal menu and was charge for someone else’s order. Bad service ever. I’m not recommending the service and employees here.

Workers asked us many times to confirm our order choices, 4 adults, 3 children, in drive-through. Orders still were missing drinks and one complete adult meal. We patiently calmly answered each repeated question.We had go check the orders in the car which but still missing an adult meal.First one apparent manager came to the take out and rudely asked what was the problem. Again we quietly and politely explained our order was missing an adult meal.At that point another supervisory type person appeared coldly and rudely said the meal wasn't on the receipt -- which they still had. We just wanted our total seven meals and, of course would pay for it if it wasn't charged.Food was OK fast food.Window workers were courteous and trying to confirm, fill, and charge our correct orders.Management/Customer Service was atrocious.Dietary restrictions: Hard to find full nutrition information for Type 1 Diabetes. Need item carb counts to use with insulin pump and CGM.Wheelchair accessibility: Senior accessibility with cane or walker is difficult. Drive-up window too high for compact cars, or restricted arm strength.
