We stopped in for a very quick bite to eat on our way somewhere else. They were very accommodating by putting our food in to-go containers.

They need more help. Service is slow. Specially if people are paying for the venue. The lady with the curly hair was trying to help everyone. The one with blond streaks was super slow and never took us our order.

We LOVE coming to Big Jim's! Great restaurant with delicious food! The service is unmatched, Hugo and Diana always help us when we come in and they are always on top of the service. All the servers are amazing. We recommend the avocado turkey melt, all the breakfast items, and definitely need to try the carrot cake for dessert! Hugo #1
