The ramen at this restaurant is on point. Fresh and delicious. The chicken ramen was extremely delicious, and flavorful. However, one chicken ramen only had two small pieces of chicken compared to the other 5 we had ordered.(They were full of chicken)I would highly recommend this place. The staff was nice and great customer service! Hi LOVE THIS SPOT!
I have had ramen that was prepared fresh by a traditionally trained ramen chef from Japan during an exclusive event. Honestly, this place compares. I'm incredibly astounded by the quality for the price in a place like amador. This is the kind of food you only find in cities. The broth is rich, the noodles feel like they're made fresh, the meat is tender to the point of falling apart and they even go as far as marinating the eggs! Incredibly pleased. My husband has the Chicken ramen which was very flavorful but I hands down LOVED the Tan Tan noodles. Lots of veggies and the sauce was spicy enough to be oh so delicious but not spicy enough to burn the mouth. The chicken was marinated in the Tan Tan so it was rocking a whole lot of tasty flavors, soo looking forward to coming here again
