This place is horrible! No one wear gloves! And whoever that mustache man is! He is rude and disrespectful! He wanted to fight me over ranch lol. Will never step foot in this place again.

I placed an order last week and the wings I ordered were not the correct ones I received. I called and spoke with a young lady who gave me the credit for my order to use in the furure. I called today to use that credit and the employee Eddie refused to give me the credit saying there was no credit on my account. He said I needed to give him the name of the person I spoke with . I explained to him that I did not write down her name because when I asked her what info I needed to use my credit in the future she said to just give my phone number and it will show up. The employee Eddie was very rude and dismissive and did not want to do his job in helping me as I asked if he can ask the workers that are working right now about my credit to see if the young lady remembered because Eddie told me all the employees were working their shift right now. I asked him why he didn’t want to ask them since he was refusing to honor the credit because he couldn’t see it in the notes employees leave in their office for future credits and he responded very rudely “because I don’t want to “. I asked him to then cancel my entire order and that I would like to speak with Jerry the manger because I don’t see why I am having to go through this headache of getting my item which is rightfully mine since my order was wrong to begin with. And now I can’t get my item because the employee forgot to write it down in the system when I asked her and she confirmed it would be in there. The manger Jerry is supposedly not there now so I will have to wait to get this matter resolved.

This is the best pizza location I have ever tried in the valley. Comparing to other valley locations. This location has the best customer service. The pizza delivery is fast so delicious and hot out of the oven ready to eat.Thank you very much Dominoz Pizza. Keep up the great work and professional customer service. Love Dominoz Pizza.

I just went to pick up my order and they gave me the wrong order. I went back to show that it was the wrong order and to ask for my order and they did not want to give me the order. I even showed them my order number and they said that I just wanted to get free pizza and did not bother to check the system. I ended up leaving empty-handed because they just kept giving excuses saying that I wanted a free order or that someone probably took it. There was no manager to talk to, so I have not been able to get refunded or a gift card from this. Will be calling the store tomorrow to see what can be done since the two ladies were not able to help me.

If I could give 0 stars I would, ordered 3 pizzas and paid for extra cheese, the pizzas barely had any cheese on them, unfortunately I checked them when I got home not a the place, so I will never be buying pizza again from this place, just going to buy Little Ceasars across the street, I called and asked to speak with the manager, a guy name Eddie said he was the manager and there was nothing he could do since I called a week later but, I never asked or wanted him to do anything as I do not want anything from a place that is careless about there orders, lost me as a long time customer and was letting him know that way if they continue this way they will loose more customers, so anyone buying here check your pizzas before you leave the location. Thumbs Down!!!

Honestly this restaurant has been nothing but problems for me and my family always missing items asking to be tipped never warm food and always made half fast of under good they also lock doors before closing are talk rude and are always rushing to make u pull your own items out and never brings whole order

What confuses me most is how if I redeem points, I get a "free" item. I had to pay to get those points, so redeeming them is not free. It cost me money 💰 to earn those points.
Vegetarian options: They use the same knife/cutter for EVERY pizza. It is not cleaned much less sterilized between use. I have found pineapple in my pizza, and I would never order a pizza with pineapple.
Parking: The lot is in front of the liquor store. People are a bit reckless and rude in their parking and driving behaviors
Wheelchair accessibility: The sidewalk is jacked up, so be careful
