I come here a lot and have only had good experiences. I usually do the online order and pick up. It's always ready on time and the workers are friendly. The location is also clean, and there is seating available. PB chocolate love is the best smoothie there! 4 stars because parking is a little tough.

I order a mango-go-go and it Disgusting, made with spoiled fruit and juice. Was on my lunch and couldn't return for refund.. don't Do it! Trash!!????

Great smoothies, and the service here is friendly. We usually order Jamba juice smoothies ahead of time for pickup in store, and unlike some other Jamba juice locations, there isn't a grab-n-go mini-fridge setup to pick up your orders when you arrive. Parking can be a little tricky to get to with how busy Ring Road around Temecula Promenade is to access this location, but to be fair that's to be expected with it's proximity to the mall and how access to the parking lot can be affected if the line is to the nearby Costco Gas Station is extremely long. Definitely worth the minor challenges to grab a great smoothie.
The cashier was super helpful. Even suggesting I get the app to save $$.

Love it here, I have a business in the mall and run in before work. I always order, run to the restroom and my smoothie and waffle are ready as soon as I come out. Also, employees are WAYYY friendlier than at the Cal Oaks location. Thanks!

Well-made smoothies! We haven't been to a Jamba Juice in a long time, but were glad to see that the quality and menu hasn't changed. Our drinks were really tasty and we didn't have to wait very long. The shop is quite spacious and very clean. They also offer a lot of different items on the menu. We had a BOGO coupon and the worker was able to process it very quickly. The overall experience was very smooth and we were really happy with our drinks. The prices, however, are definitely on the higher end of the spectrum. * Mango-A-Go-Go: 9/10 - really good sweet flavor * Caribbean Passion: 8/10 - tasty and tart We'll definitely come back (if we have another coupon)!

Tried their acai bowl for the first time. Compared to other acai or smoothie bowls, it melts quickly and becomes soupy. It's also a bit more sugary. Sort of what you'd expect from Jamba

Excellent customer service! I made a mistake on app and the young man offered to help immediately and fixed it for me. I appreciate it as I realize it was my mistake. I recommend this Jamba and my smoothie was excellent.

Yes, this is a chain. That doesn't make it bad. People love to rag on chain restaurants just because. They're popular because they're consistent and they're good. The staff here are all super friendly and happy and the smoothies are consistently good. Not too sweet or overly icy. Haven't had the bowls or anything yet but when I'm in the mood, I definitely will try them. Keep up the good work Jamba!
