The service staff was incredible. We had a party of 12 and they made sure everyone was taken care of. Everyone was also very kind. There is a good amount of space for a party of our size. The food was one of the best we've had. There were no complaints from us. This restaurant is top tier. All boxes were checked off for us. Thank you!

Been wanting to try this place for quite some time and finally decided to go for a late Sunday lunch. Great wine selection and the food was excellent. Beef Carpaccio was awesome. Lasagna was also good and the Pizza. Pizza not traditional Napliitano more of a Roman style dough but also very good. Overall good experience we will return to try some of their other house made pastas.

Waiter offered to serve 2 different specials on the menu, but came back twice after speaking to the chef, to say that he wasn't able to serve the dishes on the special menu. This exchange took over 20 minutes since he came and forth twice. I finally had to choose something else from the regular menu. He also stated that since he wasn't able to give me the special dishes as previously mentioned, he would offer a glass of wine which I took to be complimentary since he didn't provide a wine menu to choose from. After the bill came, he not only charged me for the special dishes that he said he wasn't able to serve, he also charged me for a full glass of wine, which was poured as a sample serving. After questioning him about the overcharge, he stated that “I caught him” with a grin. He took off the $30 for the extra dish that wasn't served, but said the $11 wine was not complimentary. At this point, for all the trouble, he should have taken off the wine charge too. First experience at this restaurant. I will not be returning. Service was dishonest and unapologetic. The food was mediocre, overpriced, and small in portion size. My mushroom pasta was $32. I would not recommend this restaurant.

Didn't get served the entire course that I pre paid for on Valentine's Day and they still charged me a gratuity. They were understaffed and entire meal was almost $400 for two. Meal wasn't great and service was slow.

Awful !! Mediocre to poor on food. Service the worst in my 50 years as an adult. Served drink in a broken sharded glass. No apology, no comp. Prepaid prix fixe was horribly organized. Horrible.

DO NOT EAT HERE! LOW QUALITY FOOD. COMPLETE SCAM! We prepaid $300 for a “dining experience” for two people. We were expecting a high end dining experience for this kind of money. Instead it was a nightmare experience! They tried to sit us at a high top cocktail table in the bar for our "fine dining" experience. We had to insist on being seated at a table. It was freezing in the restaurant. Our waitress was the only waitress we saw in the entire restaurant. There was another girl who was serving drinks but did not appear to be a waitress. Our waitress was taking orders and serving every single table in the restaurant. I'm guessing about 35 tables. We asked her why she was the only waitress and what was going on, and why everything was taking so long. She said they were short staffed and someone had called out. She also commented that she was about to walk out herself! My daughter and I agreed that if we were in her shoes, we would have walked out as well. We were served fish sticks as appetizers, which they tried to pass off as calamari. They were soggy and uncooked and tasted like glue. The main course took over 2 hours before we were served. My daughter ordered the lobster, she said it was ice cold when we finally got our food. I ordered the filet mignon "medium rare". When I finally got the filet it was well done, extremely dry and hard to chew. The pasta sauce was unflavored watery tomato sauce from a jar. The dessert was stale, hard as a rock and we couldn't even eat it. Then to add insult to injury, we were charged an additional $70 on top of the prepaid amount of $300, for a 20% mandatory tip for a “large party”, we were 2 people. I called the restaurant and asked for a refund after explaining how bad our food was and how long we waited to get served, and the owner gaslighted me, and said "we ate our food", then hung up on me!!! When I tried to call back the phone lines were disconnected. We PREPAID $300, of course we ate some of the food! I want a refund!!!

Went there for the Valentines day special. $135 per person for four course meal. Good was pretty good, no complaints there. The service was ok. I had to ask for a refill on a drink three times before I got it over the course of the meal. The main reason for the low rating was because of the mandatory 20% gratuity that was added on at the end for "Large party", adding an additional $60 to the bill. It was just me and the wife. I heard some restaurants were doing this and we don't do fine dining often. Left a bad taste in my mouth after a pretty solid experience. Felt like a bait and switch.

We sat in the lounge and our server/ bartender was wonderful and polite. Served a delicious peach belini. Our food was wonderful as well and the fresh pasta was very delicious. Thank you so much for the service and wonderful food!

I have to admit, I thought this was going to be a bad experience. I arrived 15 minutes before my reservation time and there were two parties ahead of me. It appeared they have been waiting awhile because there was no sign of any host. A good 8 minutes passed before I made my way to find a staff member. The assigned host was also busy cleaning up tables before he was able to help the party before me. Shortly after, the party before me walked out. I didn't have any high hopes for a timely arrival of service and food. However, I was mistaken. Natalia was our server and took really good care of us. She was thorough in her explanation of items and kept a very professional attitude despite how busy it was. The food arrived in a timely manner and was well presented. If you're watching what you eat, I suggest ordering the Insalata di Spinach. The portion was generous and delicious. I would definitely come back here again.

Building not advertised well, felt awkward going in, not sure if I was in the place, entrance super small. Not enough staff, waiters were busing tables. Waited a really long time for wine and to put in order, felt rushed initially like he wanted us to put in order right away then ended up waiting too long. Order a charcuterie for $28.00, hardly anything on it. Food was good but a little overshadowed by service. $225.00 for two adults and two kids with tip.

January 27, 2024 .. The food was good. And that is where it begins and ends for a nice experience. The service was very off-putting. This restaurant does not open until 5:00. We had a 5:00 reservation. We were the second party to be sat. And our server was already annoyed. He was not happy to be there. He low-keyed argued a few things. And literally came by the table as little as possible. I ordered an espresso Martini, it was ok but not made as described in the menu. I thought this was a some what of a “nice” place and it was clean and pretty but it had tons of kids like a pizza parlor. I realize the restaurant has no control over that, it was just a lot of money to sit with other peoples kids for a Saturday night dinner.

Walked in as we heard a couple say they were early for their reservation. We were on time. Host seated the couple before us and then did not honor our reservation as he tried to seat us at a high top in the bar where live loud music (not our taste) was playing, claiming there were no more tables in the dining room. We insisted on being seated in main room because we had a reservation. After waiting a bit more while they set “something up” we were seated at a two-top in the middle of the room and then realized that a large party was overflowing from the room for parties into the main dining room. The amount of noise was over-the-top. Our waiter was good, the food was decent but nothing special and not a lot of it. And therefore overpriced. The main frustration was with the host acting like he was doing us a favor and annoyed we didn't want to sit at the bar. Never saw a manager but this evening probably called for a manager to comp patrons due to poor organization of seating and a party too big for the restaurant's accommodations. Will not go back.

Tried to add meals I didn't purchase to my bill, had to ask several times to remove items it was very difficult for them to rectify their mistake! Had the filet mignon very small for price and tuff like a sirloin. Girlfriend had linguini and clams, clams ice cold and pasta raw.First time I have ever had to give a restaurant a negative review! Highly do not recommend this place, despite their 4.5 stars.

never! will I recommend this establishment!! Poor hospitality. Extremely poor service . My guest and I sat in the middle row with servers constantly passing by. No one offered to refill. Shame on the owner/manager that was on duty tending to the bigger party! Every customer should be acknowledged and just is important as the other! We waited an hour and 50 minutes and we never got our food!! My guess asked for the bill for our drinks .Terrible service and management!
